Tivćanin verbalno napao suprugu, dobio 30 dana zatvora
Sutkinja suda za prekršaje u Budvi – odjeljenja u Kotoru Jelena Stanišić danas je Tivćaninu V.M. (35) u hitnom postupku izrekla kaznu zatvora od 30 dana zbog toga što je sinoć, oko 23 časa, u porodičnoj kući u Tivtu verbalno napao vanbračnu suprugu.
” V.M. je u prisustvu maloljetne djece verbalno napao vanbračnu suprugu upućujući joj psovke i uvrede na nacionalnoj osnovi”, saopštio je zamjenik predsjednika i sudija portparol Marko Đukanović,
“Okrivljeni je povratnik u vršenju prekršaja iz oblasti Zakona o zaštiti od nasilja u porodici”, naglasio je Đukanović.
