“Inspektoru ovaj pas nije agresivan, jasno je za koga on radi!”
-Juče je crnogorsku javnost iznenadila vijest objavljena u medijima, da je pas koji je prije nepunih mjesec dana na tivatskom šetalištu masakrirao drugog psa i umalo ubio dijete u majčinom naručju vraćen vlasniku Hazredinu Elezoviću, kaže Dragoje Vlahović iz udruženja Prijatelji životinja.
Elezović je tada nakon izjave date policiji pušten kući bez ikakve kazne, a juče mu je pas vraćen.
PAS KOJI JE UJEO DJEVOJČICU VRAĆEN VLASNIKU: Biće oduzet tek ako ujede još nekog
-Veliki broj građana Tivta, ali i ljudi od struke javio nam se u prethodnom period, tvrdeći da je pas korišten u nelegalnim borbama pasa, ted a je na sebi imao povrede od istih. Prema riječima pojedinih stručnjaka, po građi psa se može lako aključiti da je on upravo tih dana pripreman za borbe. Vjerovatno je tako izgladnio pošao da se nahrani, pa je napao drugog psa i dijete, navodi Vlahović.
Dodaje da je “kap koja je svakako prelila čašu jeste izjava republičkog veterinarskog inspektora za Tivat, H.Novi i Budvu, Tomislava Lazovića”.
-Naime, Lazović u svojoj izjavi govori da je pas boravio 10 dana u azilu i da je ustanovljeno da nije agresivan, pa je zbog toga vraćen vlasniku. Molimo gospodina Lazovića da nam objasni kako je zaključio da pas koji je napravio masakr I koji je umalo ubio dijete nije agresivan. Kojim su to metodama provjeravali i ko su ti kvazi stručnjaci? Kako je mogao on, sa tako visoke državne funkcije da izjavi te nebulozne riječi, a da se pri tom ni jednom nije zapitao šta će na sve to reći majka one bebe koja je umalo stradala? Obzirom da se Lazović poziva na Zakon, molimo gad a se izjasni po kojoj to zakonskoj tački pas koji je vidno ispoljio svoju prejaku agresivnost može biti vraćen vlasniku?, kaže Vlahović i dodaje:
-Ako uzmemo u obzir to da gospodin Lazović staje u zaštitu osobi koja ima psa za borbe i za koju postoji sumnja da se bavi kriminalnim radnjama, onda nam je jasnio u čijoj je službi gospodin Laović. Sudeći po ovome što je izjavio, u službi države i njenih građana koji ga plaćaju, nije sigurno, zaključuje Vlahović
