“Jadran” ponovo plovi u martu
Generalni remont najvrijednijeg broda Mornarice VCG – jedrenjaka „Jadran“ ušao je u završnu fazu i u Ministarstvu odbrane očekuju da jedrenjak bude spreman za probne vođnje krajem februara ili početkom marta.
“Jadran“ je na remont u Jadransko brodogradilište Bijela stigao u septembru 2013, a prema prvobitnom planu, svi poslovi na vrijednom, 83 godine starom jedrenjaku, trebalo je da se završe do sredine ljeta 2014. To se međutim, nije desilo, prvenstveno zbog problema u Brodogradilištu u kome je u međuvremenu pokrenut stečajni postupak, ali i zbog širenja obima posla na „Jadranu“ što je podrazumijevalo da se u hodu mijenjaju i projektna rješenja i obavljaju tehničko-tehnološka prilagođavanja.
“U toku je završna faza remonta i trenutno se izvode finalni radovi na ugradnji brodskih cjevovoda sistema goriva i ulja, a uskoro se očekuje ugradnja nastavaka jarbola. Ostali radovi na novougrađenim sistemima završeni su u obimu oko 90%”, potvrđeno je portalu Bokanews u Ministarstvu odbrane. “Jadran” je u protekle dvije godine bukvalno rastavljen do “golog korita” i nanovo sastavljan, sa ugradnjom potpuno nove opreme i sistema.
Umjesto dobre, stare “Burmeister Alpha-e” od 480 konja, koja je u njegovoj strojarnici radila još od davne 1967 godine, “Jadran” je tokom remonta u Bijeloj dobio novi glavni pogonski motor “Caterpillar” snage 650 konja sa reduktorom, novom propelerskom osovinom i novim, četvorokrakim propelerom. Ugrađena su i tri nova „Caterpillarova“ pomoćna motora – agregata za proizvodnju struje, nova glavna elektro – razvodna ploča sa elektro – instalacijama, instalacije morske i slatke vode, a „Jadran“ je dobio i klimatizacioni sistem koji će ubuduće hladiti i grijati unutrašnjost klasičnog starog broda koji i sada izgleda kao jedrenjaci sa kraja 19.vijeka. Ugrađena je i nova moderna kontrolna soba strojarnice koja će obezbjediti, osim komfornijih uslova posada, i mogućnost praktične obuke učenicima i studentima brodomašinske struke. Za posadu i studente koji se obučavaju na njemu, “Jadran” je dobio i novu moderno opremljenu kuhinju, obnovljene sanitarne čvorove i novi namještaj u mornarskim prostorijama.
Daleko najveći dio tereta oko dosadašnjih radova na brodu podnijela je sama posada “Jadrana” koja je u veoma teškim uslovima, vrijedno i sa ljubavlju radila na jedrenjaku koga oni doživljavaju svojim drugim domom. Koliki je to fizički napor bio, pored ostaloga, svjedoči i činjenica da je posada sama, ručno iz broda iskrcala i onda nakon okončanih radova na trupu ponovno ukrcala, jednu po jednu, svaku gajandru tzv. stalnog balasta ukupne težine 125 tona. Pojedinačno, ove metalne šipke teške su između 25 i 60 kilograma, a iz broda su izvađene i u njega vraćene po sistemu “ruka ruci”. Značajan doprinos uspješnom okončanju komplikovanih radova, dala je i komanda Mornarice VCG na čelu sa komandantom, kapetanom bojnog broda Darkom Vukovićem koji je i sam lično često obilazio brod i nadgledao radove.
U narednih mjesec dana preostali su poslovi na povezivanju novougrađene opreme i završetku snasti broda, odnosno postavljanju novih drvenih nastavaka na tri jarbola, novih križeva i opute.
Uslijediće i završno dokovanje i farbanje broda, nakon čega će „Jadran“ ponovno zaploviti.
“Do sada je utrošeno oko 1.420.000 eura za remont školskog broda „Jadran“. Očekuje se da probna ispitivanja broda počnu krajem februara ili početkom marta“, kazali su u Ministarstvu odbrane.
