Na poznatom sajtu za nekretnine, Mansion Global, osvanuo je tekst o nesvakidašnjoj vili, sagrađenoj u 14. vijeku koja nije bila na tržištu još od Drugog svjetskog rata.
Vila se nalazi u Reževićima a kako se navodi na sajtu, za šest vjekova je imala samo tri vlasnika.
Smještena je, piše u opisu kuće, u mjestu Reževići, koje je udaljeno četiri kilometra od Petrovca, ima 200 m2 stambenog prostora, a 1.200 m2 zauzima zemljište. Takođe, posjeduje četiri spavaće sobe i pet kupatila. Kamena vila je tik uz more, građena tako da oni koji borave u njoj imaju potpunu privatnost.
Trenutno se prodaje za 10 miliona eura, a nije bila na tržištu od Drugog svjetskog rata. Vila se sastoji od glavne kuće, s dvije spavaće sobe od kojih svaka ima svoje kupatilo, zatim od jednog gostinjskog kupatila, velikog dnevnog boravka, trpezarije i kuhinje.
Preostale dvije sobe za spavanje, koje takođe imaju svoja kupatila, nalaze se u samoj stijeni poluostrva Smokvica, čiji prostor ima ukupno sedam terasa u hladovini. Tu su stari borovi, pogled na more i prirodu.
Navodi se i da je ova vila nekada služila kao karantin za pomorce koji su se vraćali sa putovanja.
