KAŠĆELAN I BOŽOVIĆ SASLUŠANI U SDT-u: Vođe kavačkog klana naredile likvidaciju Kapetana?
Navodne vođe kavačkog kriminalnog klana Slobodan Kašćelan i Igor Božović saslušani su juče u Specijalnom državnom tužilaštvu, navodno zbog organizovanja ubistva nekada visokopozicioniranog člana škaljarskog klana Mila Radulovića zvanog Kapetan, pišu Vijesti.
Tu informaciju, međutim, nije bilo moguće zvanično potvrditi, navode Vijesti.
Prema nezvaničnim saznajima, policija i tužilaštvo prikupili su dokaze koji potvrđuju da je Radulović otet 14. oktobra 2020. godine, na dan kada su ubijeni Baranin Damir Hodžić i njegov zet Adis Spahić, ističu Vijesti.
Izvor Vijesti tvrdi da je Radulović tada iz Spuža prebačen na tajnu lokaciju na području Kotora, gdje je i ubijen.
Istražitelji tvrde, kaže sagovornik, da imaju dokaze da je trinaestočlana kriminalna grupa nakon toga učestvovala u prikrivanju dokaza tog zločina.
Policija i SDT ranije su podnijeli krivične prijave protiv Beograđana Veljka Belivuka, Marka Miljkovića, Nebojše Jankovića i Ratka Živkovića zbog ubistva Spahića i Hodžića u Spužu.
Navodno, istražitelji su prikupili valjane dokaze, a dobar dio njih, među kojima su i transkripti poruka i fotografija razmijenjenih preko kriptovane Sky ECC aplikacije, dobili su putem međunarodne pomoći.
Sagovornici Vijesti napominju da istraga nosi oznaku tajnosti i da će više detalja o tom predmetu Specijalno državno tužilaštvo saopštiti na konferenciji za medije, koja će navodno biti organizovana narednih dana.
Božović je u zgradu SDT-a doveden oko 14 sati, a dva sata kasnije Kašćelan. Nakon što je završeno saslušanje tog Kotoranina, iz Istražnog zatvora priveden je i njegov tjelohranitelj, Novljanin Vladimir Vučković.
Kašćelan i nekoliko navodnih članova organizovane kriminalne grupe “kavači” uhapšeni su 20. aprila u istrazi ubistva Podgoričanina koji je navodno bio blizak škaljarskom kriminalnom klanu Nikole Stanišića, naglašavaju Vijesti.
Za ubistvo Stanišića, SDT je još ranije osumnjičilo više članova kavačkog kriminalnog klana koji su, prema tvrdnjama SDT-a, radili po nalogu svojih šefova – Kašćelana i Radoja Zvicera.
Većina osumnjičenih za taj zločin bježi istražiteljima od kraja aprila, kada su u akciji Sektora za borbu protiv kriminala uhapšeni Kašćelan, Vučković, Zoran Kažić, Miloš Radonjić, Krsto Maroš i Darko Prelević, navode Vijesti.
Nakon pravne zavrzlame – odluke sudije Miroslava Bašovića da im ne odredi pritvor, pobjegli su i Radonjić, Maroš i Prelević. Osim njih, istražitelji tragaju za Zvicerom, Milanom Vujotićem, Srđom Juriševićem, Draganom Kneževićem zvanim Škuri, Milanom Kneževićem, Aleksandrom Dragićevićem i Radojem Živkovićem zvanim Žuti.
U zatvoru je, od ranije, još jedan osumnjičeni za taj zločin – Zdravko Perunović.
SDT je protiv njih podnijelo optužnicu kojom ih terete za ubistvo Stanišića, pokušaj ubistva jednog člana škaljarskog klana 30. jula prošle godine, za vrijeme sahrane Baranina Alana Kožara ubijenog u Grčkoj, ali i da su planirali ubistvo Damira Hodžića, koji je u međuvremenu nestao, a za čije ubistvo su nedavno osumnjičeni Beograđanin Veljko Belivuk i članovi njegove kriminalne grupe, bliske kavčanima.
Božović i njegov sin Vladimir nedavno su izručeni Crnoj Gori, zaključuju Vijesti.
