“Uskoro ću napuniti 90 godina. Uskoro ću biti kao svi drugi. Svima će nama doći vrijeme, ali ideje kubanskih komusta ostaju. Ovo je možda posljednji put da vam se obraćam”, rekao je Kastro priznajući da se i njemu bliži Sudnji dan, prenio je AP.
Aktuealni predsjednik Raul Kastro rekao je da je ovo posljednji kongres koji predvodi “istorijska generacija”.
On će biti još jedan mandat na čelu Komunističke partije, saopštila je danas ta stranka posle trodnevnog kongresa, koji se održava jednom u pet godina.
Na kongresu je takođe odlučeno i da će drugi visoki stranački zvaničnici zadržati svoje pozicije, uprkos tome što je Raul Kastro u nedjelju predložo starijim članovima svoje stranke koji se nadaju unapređenju da se “umesto toga igraju sa unučićima”, prenio je Rojters.
