Katnića ispituju o Duškovom ubistvu

Čla­no­vi Od­bor za nad­zor nad is­tra­ga­ma slu­ča­je­va ugro­ža­va­nja bez­bjed­no­sti no­vi­na­ra i me­dij­skih ku­ća sa­slu­ša­će da­nas vr­hov­nog tu­ži­o­ca Ivi­cu Stan­ko­vi­ća i glav­nog spe­ci­jal­nog tu­ži­o­ca Mi­li­vo­ja Kat­ni­ća po­vo­dom pro­ce­su­i­ra­nih slu­ča­je­va na­pa­da na no­vi­na­re, s ak­cen­tom na ubi­stvo glav­nog i od­go­vor­nog ured­ni­ka li­sta „Dan” Du­ška Jo­va­no­vi­ća. Od­bor je jed­no­gla­sno po­dr­žao pred­log o tom kon­trol­nom sa­slu­ša­nju.
U fo­ku­su sa­slu­ša­nja Kat­ni­ća i Stan­ko­vi­ća bi­će iz­vje­štaj o ubi­stvu Du­ška Jo­va­no­vi­ća ko­ji im je pre­dat pri­je ne­ko­li­ko mje­se­ci, a u ko­jem se na­vo­di da su u toj li­kvi­da­ci­ji uče­stvo­va­la tri ita­li­jan­ska dr­ža­vlja­ni­na. Te po­dat­ke sa­op­štio je po­sla­nik De­mo­krat­skog fron­ta Ko­ča Pa­vlo­vić. On je sa­op­štio da po­me­nu­ti na­laz kao iz­vr­ši­o­ce ubi­stva Du­ška Jo­va­no­vi­ća ja­sno iden­ti­fi­ku­je tro­ji­cu pro­fe­si­o­nal­nih ubi­ca ita­li­jan­ske ma­fi­ja­ške or­ga­ni­za­ci­je „Sa­kra ko­ro­na uni­ta“, ko­ja je u tom pe­ri­o­du bi­la part­ner Mi­lu Đu­ka­no­vi­ću u šver­cu ci­ga­re­ta pre­ma Ita­li­ji.
– U sa­zna­nju sam da taj na­laz pre­ci­zno i po­i­me­nič­no iden­ti­fi­ku­je i na­ru­či­o­ce ubi­stva Du­ška Jo­va­nov­ća, ime­nu­je fi­nan­si­je­re tog ubi­stva, kao što ime­nu­je i oso­bu ko­ja je po na­lo­gu na­ru­či­la­ca, a pa­ra­ma do­bi­je­nim od fi­nan­si­je­ra, unaj­mi­la ubi­ce, obez­bi­je­di­la im lo­gi­sti­ku i ugo­vo­ri­la Jo­va­no­vi­će­vu li­kvi­da­ci­ju – re­kao je Pa­vlo­vić.
Pre­ma nje­go­vim ri­je­či­ma, oki­dač je po­vu­kao Đor­da­no Đu­ze­pe.
– Đu­ze­pe i još dvo­ji­ca već se na­la­ze u ita­li­jan­skim za­tvo­ri­ma zbog ubi­sta­va po­či­nje­nih u Ita­li­ji, ali i zbog jed­nog ubi­stva u Ba­ru. VDT od­mah mo­že da upo­re­di nji­hov DNK sa pu­škom ko­jom je ubi­jen Du­ško Jo­va­no­vić – ka­zao je Pa­vlo­vić.
On tvr­di da se u po­me­nu­tom na­la­zu mo­gu na­ći i ime­na na­ru­či­la­ca i unajm­lji­va­ča ubi­ca.
Ubi­stvo Du­ška Jo­va­no­vi­ća ni­je ra­svi­je­tlje­no ni na­kon 12 go­di­na jer još ni­je po­zna­to ni ko su ne­po­sred­ni iz­vr­ši­o­ci ubi­stva ni ko su na­lo­go­dav­ci.

Man­dić u za­tvo­ru

Ape­la­ci­o­ni sud Cr­ne Go­re po­tvr­dio je 2. mar­ta ove go­di­ne pre­su­du Vi­šeg su­da u Pod­go­ri­ci ko­jom je Da­mir Man­dić osu­đen na 19 go­di­na za­tvo­ra za sa­i­zvr­ši­la­štvo u ubi­stvu Du­ška Jo­va­no­vi­ća. Sud­sko vi­je­će Vi­šeg su­da u Pod­go­ri­ci u ok­to­bru pro­šle go­di­ne iz­re­klo je Man­di­ću je­din­stve­nu ka­znu za­tvo­ra od 19 go­di­na. To je bio tre­ći sud­ski po­stu­pak ko­ji je vo­đen u tom pred­me­tu, a Man­dić je u pr­vom oslo­bo­đen, a u dru­gom osu­đen na 30 go­di­na za­tvo­ra. Ape­la­ci­o­ni sud je ra­ni­je pre­i­na­čio tu od­lu­ku i osu­dio Man­di­ća na 18 go­di­na za­tvo­ra, ali je i ta pre­su­da uki­nu­ta.
