Katnića ispituju o Duškovom ubistvu
Članovi Odbor za nadzor nad istragama slučajeva ugrožavanja bezbjednosti novinara i medijskih kuća saslušaće danas vrhovnog tužioca Ivicu Stankovića i glavnog specijalnog tužioca Milivoja Katnića povodom procesuiranih slučajeva napada na novinare, s akcentom na ubistvo glavnog i odgovornog urednika lista „Dan” Duška Jovanovića. Odbor je jednoglasno podržao predlog o tom kontrolnom saslušanju.
U fokusu saslušanja Katnića i Stankovića biće izvještaj o ubistvu Duška Jovanovića koji im je predat prije nekoliko mjeseci, a u kojem se navodi da su u toj likvidaciji učestvovala tri italijanska državljanina. Te podatke saopštio je poslanik Demokratskog fronta Koča Pavlović. On je saopštio da pomenuti nalaz kao izvršioce ubistva Duška Jovanovića jasno identifikuje trojicu profesionalnih ubica italijanske mafijaške organizacije „Sakra korona unita“, koja je u tom periodu bila partner Milu Đukanoviću u švercu cigareta prema Italiji.
– U saznanju sam da taj nalaz precizno i poimenično identifikuje i naručioce ubistva Duška Jovanovća, imenuje finansijere tog ubistva, kao što imenuje i osobu koja je po nalogu naručilaca, a parama dobijenim od finansijera, unajmila ubice, obezbijedila im logistiku i ugovorila Jovanovićevu likvidaciju – rekao je Pavlović.
Prema njegovim riječima, okidač je povukao Đordano Đuzepe.
– Đuzepe i još dvojica već se nalaze u italijanskim zatvorima zbog ubistava počinjenih u Italiji, ali i zbog jednog ubistva u Baru. VDT odmah može da uporedi njihov DNK sa puškom kojom je ubijen Duško Jovanović – kazao je Pavlović.
On tvrdi da se u pomenutom nalazu mogu naći i imena naručilaca i unajmljivača ubica.
Ubistvo Duška Jovanovića nije rasvijetljeno ni nakon 12 godina jer još nije poznato ni ko su neposredni izvršioci ubistva ni ko su nalogodavci.
Mandić u zatvoru
Apelacioni sud Crne Gore potvrdio je 2. marta ove godine presudu Višeg suda u Podgorici kojom je Damir Mandić osuđen na 19 godina zatvora za saizvršilaštvo u ubistvu Duška Jovanovića. Sudsko vijeće Višeg suda u Podgorici u oktobru prošle godine izreklo je Mandiću jedinstvenu kaznu zatvora od 19 godina. To je bio treći sudski postupak koji je vođen u tom predmetu, a Mandić je u prvom oslobođen, a u drugom osuđen na 30 godina zatvora. Apelacioni sud je ranije preinačio tu odluku i osudio Mandića na 18 godina zatvora, ali je i ta presuda ukinuta.
