KNEŽEVIĆ U PRITVORU 30 DANA
Sudija za istragu kotorskog Osnovnog suda Špiro Pavićević odredio je pritvor do 30 dana Šavničaninu Novici Kneževiću koji je na svom Fejsbuk profilu prijetio glavnom specijalnom tužiocu Milivoju Katniću.
Pavićević je u prisustvu branioca saslušao Kneževića, te prihvatio predlog tužioca za određivanjem pritvora.
Policija ga sumnjiči da je na Facebooku napisao poruku Katniću “uputivši mu prijetnje po život i tijelo, a u vezi sa njegovim obavljanjem službene dužnosti što se odnosili na pitanje skidanja imuniteta dvojici poslanika”.
Tokom saslušanja koje je trajalo punih sat i po, Knežević je pred sudijom negirao krivicu.

You’ve nailed it – it’s actually quite frustrating since we use PHP 5.3 internally and have for awhile but the fact remains if we switched our primary PHP version over a large portion of customer scripts would either flat out break or have unexpected behavior.Grumble!
