Kolašinac osumnjičen da je oštetio Upravu za šume za oko 225.000 eura
Službenici Uprave policije MUP-a – Odsjeka za suzbijanje privrednog kriminaliteta su danas nadležnom tužiocu protiv jednog lica podnijeli krivičnu prijavu u redovnom postupku zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinilo krivično djelo nesavjestan rad u službi.
Naime, službenici Odsjeka su 03.07.2017. godine podnijeli krivičnu prijavu u redovnom postupku protiv M.M. (50) iz Kolašina zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio krivično djelo nesavjestan rad u službi. On je ovo krivično djelo počinio, kako se sumnja, na način što je u svojstvu lugara u Upravi za šume Crne Gore – Područna jedinica Kolašin bio zadužen za zaštitu šuma na reonu Peščanica – Pčinje, te je nesavjesno postupao ne obilazeći reon i ne prijavljujući bespravne sječe na ovom području u vremenskom periodu od oktobra 2016. godine do marta 2017. godine. M.M je, sumnja se, dozvolio bespravnu sječu šume u iznosu od 2432,57 m3 drvne mase čime je pričinio štetu Upravi za šume Crne Gore u isnosu od 225.220 eura. On, kako se sumnja, nije izvršio premjer, žigosanje i evidentiranje bespravno posječenih stabala i nije ih evidentirao na terenu i šumi u knjigama evidencije za reon za koji je bio zadužen.
Od strane komisije Uprave za šume u gazdinskoj jedinici Peščanica – Pčinje utvrđena je bespravna sječa koja nije bila evidentirana od strane lugara M.M, ni na terenu, ni u knjigama evidencije, a takođe ne postoje bilo kakvi izvještaji i zapisnici o bespravnim sječama u ovim odjeljenjima.
O događaju je obaviješten državni tužilac u Osnovnom državnom tužilaštvu u Kolašinu koji je naložio da se protiv ovog lica podnese krivična prijava u redovnom postupku zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinilo krivično djelo nesavjestan rad u službi.
Službenici Uprave policije će u narednom periodu nastaviti svoje aktivnosti u cilju otkrivanja i procesuiranja lica odgovornih za bespravnu sječu šume na području Crne Gore kako bi se zaštitio ovaj bitni privredni resurs.
