Predsjednik Vlade Crne Gore, prof. dr Zdravko Krivokapić, sastao se danas sa predsjednicom Jevrejske zajednice u Crnoj Gori, gospođom Ninom Ofner Bokan.
Premijer Krivokapić izrazio je veliko poštovanje prema jevreskoj kulturi i duhovnosti jevrejskog naroda čiji je uticaj od neprocjenjive važnosti za svjetsku zajednicu, ali i za prostor i narode današnje Crne Gore, gdje su zabilježeni prvi materijalni tragovi Jevrejske zajednice još iz antičkih vremena.
Premijer je sa ponosom istakao činjenicu da je Crna Gora jedna od rijetkih država, čiji vladari, ali ni narodi, u svojoj prošlosti, ni u savremenom razdoblju, nijesu pokazivali netrpeljivost ili diskriminaciju u odnosu na stanovništvo jevrejskog porijekla, a što je bilo imanentno mnogo prosperitetnijim sredinama. Predsjednik Vlade izrazio je potpunu spremnost i potrebu da se što prije obrazuje i upotpuni Mješovita komisija, kako bi sve tačke iz Temeljnog ugovora sa Jevrejskom zajednicom doživjele svoju potpunu i suštinsku realizaciju.
Predsjednica Jevrejske zajednice za Crnu Goru, Nina Ofner Bokan zahvalila je predsjedniku Vlade na izuzetnoj saradnji izrazivši zadovoljstvo što status Jevreja u Crnoj Gori, od crnogorskog naroda nikada nije doveden u pitanje niti jednim ciljanim postupkom, ni onda kada Zajednica institucionalno nije bila definisana.
„Poštovanje Temeljnog ugovora je za Jevrejsku zajednicu od izuzetne važnosti. Da bi se nastavila njegova implementacija u potpunosti potrebno je osvježiti Mješoviti komisiju, stoga se nadam da ćemo tu proceduru završiti vrlo brzo. Naš primarni cilj jeste izgradnja sinagoge, koja će, kako kaže Vrhovni rabin Crne Gore Lucijano Moše Prelević, biti kuća molitve i učenja, ali i duhovni i arhitektonski ukras Podgorice i Crne Gore“, poručila je Ofner Bokan.
