Lišeno slobode lice koje se potraživalo po međunarodnoj potjernici NCB Interpol Beograd
Službenici Uprave policije MUP-a – Centra bezbjednosti Bar su sprovodeći aktivnosti usmjerene na kontrolu bezbjednosno interesantnih lica i pripadnika organizovanih kriminalnih grupa, kontrolom užeg gradskog područja lišili slobode lice koje se potraživalo po međunarodnoj potjernici NCB Interpol Beograd radi izdržavanja kazne zatvora u trajanju od tri godine zbog krivičnog djela iz oblasti zloupotrebe droga.
Naime, službenici CB Bar su kontroliali lice koje je službenicima dalo netačne podatke u cilju skrivanja identiteta. Barska policija je privela ovo lice u službene prostorije CB Bar gdje su utvrdili da se radi o S.J. (25) iz Beograda. Daljim provjerama je utvrđeno da je za ovim licem raspisana međunarodna potjernica od strane NCB Interpol Beograd radi izdržavanja kazne zatvora u trajanju od tri godine zbog krivičnog djela nelegalna proizvodnja i krijumčarenje narkotika.
S.J. je lišen slobode i priveden sudiji za istragu Višeg suda u Podgorici koji je za njega donio rješenje o ekstradicionom pritvoru.
Slijedi komunikacija nadležnih institucija dvije države radi ekstradicije ovog lica Srbiji.
