Majci i djeci pokojnog Pejanovića 50.000 eura
Viši sud u Podgorici potvrdio je presudu kojom je odlučeno da bivši policajac Zoran Bulatović i država treba da isplate 50.000 eura odštete porodici ubijenog Aleksandra Pejanovića.
U Višem sudu smatraju da je sutkinja podgoričkog Osnovnog suda Ana Bečanović pravilno procijenila da je 20.000 eura za majku pokojnog Pejanovića i po 15.000 eura za njegovu djecu, pravična naknada za pretrpljene duševne bolove zbog smrti sportiste.
Ona je tada ocijenila da su Bulatović, koji je pravosnažno osuđen zbog ubistva Pejanovića i država, koja je vlasnik pištolja kojim je ubijen, jednako odgovorni za naknadu štete porodici Pejanović.
Bulatović je ranije okrivio svoju bivšu službu Upravu policije, da je doprinijela ubistvu Pejanovića. Tada je naveo da je sugrađanina ubio službenim pištoljem i da bi posljedice bile značajno manje, da nije imao službeno oružje kod sebe u trenutku svađe.
Iz MUP-a su se pokušali ograditi od tog događaja, navodeći da je Bulatović tada postupao “kao građanin van službe i da je predmetni događaj proizašao iz privatnog odnosa”.
Bulatović je pravosnažno osuđen na 13 godina zatvora zbog ubistva Pejanovića, u maju 2011. godine.
