Marković i Đukanović obećavali pomoć lažnim Ukrajincima
Vlada Crne Gore i Demokratska partija socijalista (DPS) okarakterisale su kao provokaciju snimke razgovora premijera Duška Markovića i predsjednika DPS-a Mila Đukanovića sa ruskim komičarima, koji su se predstavili kao ukrajinski predsjednik Petro Porošenko i premijer Vladimir Grosjman.
Ruski mediji juče su objavili snimke telefonskih komičara Leksusa i Vovana, koji su sa crnogorskim zvaničnicima razgovarali o članstvu u NATO-u, pritiscima Moskve i ukrajinskim investicijama. Iz Vlade i DPS-a su potvrdili autentičnost snimaka.
“Iako je riječ o jednoj u nizu provokacija usmjerenih sa ruskih adresa na diskreditaciju visokih zvaničnika Crne Gore, predsjednik Vlade stoji iza svake riječi koju je saopštio u tom razgovoru”, kazali su iz vladine Službe za odnose s javnošću.
Razgovor sa Markovićem obavljen je nakon što je sletio u Brisel 24. maja, gdje je šefice evropske diplomatije Federike Mogerini okupila premijere regiona. Dan kasnije Marković je prisustvovao sastanku NATO-a na nivou lidera zemalja članica.
Prema informacijama “Vijesti” posrednik za razgovor sa lažnim ukrajinskim predsjednikom bio je Markovićev šef kabineta Aleksandar Eraković, dok je Đukanovića sa “sagovornikom iz Ukrajine” spojio savjetnik Milan Roćen. Iz Vlade su kazali da je razgovor obavljen “posredstvom saradnika koji su kontaktirani”.
U telefonskom razgovoru Marković je, između ostalog, kazao da je “ogromna većina građana” opredijeljena za NATO, ističući da referendum o članstvu nije raspisan jer su u Vladi strahovalo od miješanja Rusije.
“Organizacija referenduma, radi konsultovanja javnosti bi otvorila politički prostor na kojem bi Rusija ponovo izvodila subverzivne akcije prema Crnoj Gori”, kazao je Marković, navodeći da Rusiju podržava dio opozicije, NVO i intelektualaca.
Tokom razgovora sa Đukanovićem, komičar koji se predstavlja kao ukrajinski premijer, pita lidera DPS-a za podršku otvaranju fabrike čokolade. DPS je obećavo fabriku ukrajinske čokolade na Cetinju, ali ona nikada nije otvorena.
“Mi imamo interes da se ta investicija realizuje u Crnoj Gori. Računajte da bih bio spreman i vama neposredno, lično da pomognem realizaciju takvih investicija”, kazao je Đukanović.
Na konstataciju “ukrajinskog premijera” da je morao da otkaže posjetu Crnoj Gori zbog straha od atentata, Đukanović mu odgovara da je situacija stablina.
Ruski komičari i ranije su objavljivali slične razgovore sa turskim predsjednikom Redžepom Tajipom Erdoganom, generalnim sekretarom NATO-a i američkim senatorom Džonom Mekejnom. Iz DPS-a smatraju da se radi o sračunatoj provokaciji.
“Za svaki razgovor birali su pravi trenutak. Vovan i Leksus, ili njihovi inspiratori se vjerovatno ne bi sjetili Crne Gore da nije pred pragom NATO-a, što treba na bilo koji način diskreditovati”, kazali su iz DPS-a.
Đukanović spreman Navaljnom da obriše firmu iz registra
U dijelu razgovora sa Đukanovićem Leksus, koji se predstavljao kao ukrajinski premijer, tvrdi da ima firmu u Crnoj Gori i da bi želio da ona bude izbrisana iz registra, jer bi to mogli iskoristiti njegovi politički oponenti.
Đukanović: Razumijem. Kako ću dobiti informacije o tome? Hoće li neko od vaših ljudi doći ili će to proslijediti na neku mejl adresu koju bih vam dostavio.
Leksus: Naša predstavnica u Crnoj Gori Tatjana će se povezati sa vama, telefonom ja ću joj prenijeti.
Đukanović: Može. Slobodno. Dajte onda Tatjani sve podatke koji su mi važni, a ja ću se onda pobrinuti da uradimo to onako kako je to najbolje u vašem interesu.
Leksus: I još molba mog prijatelja, on je ruski političar, znate ga, Alkesej Navaljni.
Đukanović: Da, znam.
