Sada već čuveni Trg republika Argentina debelo kasni sa izgradnjom, pa je normalno da je pred najvažniji meč u kvalifikacijama za Svjetski šampionat u Rusiji 2018. godine, stanje u Fudbalskom savezu Crne Gore krajnje zabrinjavajuće. Alarmantno. Posebno kada se zna da se bore sa vjetrenjačama, sa nečim na šta su apsolutno nemoćni da utiču…
“Pazite, drugog stadiona nemamo, tako da moramo da stvorimo najbolje uslove za odigravanje meča. Imali smo nekoliko sastanaka već, imaćemo ih još. Naš posao smo odradili po svim standardima UEFE i FIFE, FSCG je preduzeo sve mjere što se tiče organizacije, biće malo otežano, ali sam uvjeren da će sve biti kako treba”, rekao je Dnevnim novinama Dragoljub Sekulić, predsjednik Komisije za bezbjednost i sigurnost FSCG.
I da je sve normalno, da je okruženje stadiona kao ranije, u krajnjem i da je Trg završen, utakmica sa Poljacima bila bi najteža za organizaciju. Ovako glavobolja je pojačana i ovo je još jedan u nizu apela nadležnima da je moderni Nacionalni stadion na nekoj drugoj lokaciji prijeko potreban Crnoj Gori…
“Ogroman je problem pred nama, ali na neke stvari jednostavno ne možemo da utičemo. Radovi kasne zbog raznih problema, nemoćni smo što se tog dijela tiče, ali vjerujem da ćemo uz podršku glavnog grada, tj. Agencije za izgradnju i razvoj, kao i Uprave policije, omogućiti svim našim navijačima, kao i gostima iz Poljske adekvatne uslove za nesmetan ulazak, boravak i izlazak sa stadiona”, kazao je Sekulić.
Kao najveći problemi pojavljuju se ulazi na zapadnu i južnu tribinu kada su u pitanju domaći navijači (ulazi kod nekadašnje pumpe), kao i južnu tribinu (ulaz na putu ka brdu Gorica) gdje će kontrole morati da prođu gostujuće pristalice…
“Dogovorili smo se da se na mjestu nekadašnje pumpe uradi plato od materijala koji ni u kom slučaju neće poslužiti kao municija za “navijače”. Što se tiče druge strane, iskoristićemo putni pravac koji je slobodan i napraviti čistinu kako bi navijači Poljske mogli da uđu na stadion” istakao je Sekulić.
Crna Gora i “normalni” stadion. Vječita priča. Vječiti problemi. Do kada?
Kritične zone
• Ulaz na zapadnu tribinu (kod nekadašnje pumpe)
• Ulaz na južnu tribinu za domaće navijače (takođe kod nekadašnje pumpe)
• Ulaz na južnu tribinu za gostujuće navijače (prema brdu Gorica)
• Prilazi stadionu sa svih strana, s obzirom na “zgusnut saobraćaj” na gore pomenutim lokalitetima
Raičević: Uradićemo sve da prilaz stadionu bude bezbjedan
Direktor Agencije za izgradnju i razvoj Podgorice Srđan Raičević nakon sastanka sa predstavnicima Uprave policije i FSCG potvrdio je “angažovanje svih službi da organizacija meča sa Poljskom protekne u najboljem redu”.
“Taj, uslovno rečeno neplanirani problem sa arheolozima, usporio nas je maksimalno. Trg je trebalo već da bude gotov, ali dogodile su se određene stvari na koje nijesmo mogli da utičemo”, kaže nam Raičević, misleći pritom na “arheološka iskopavanja koja traju skoro tri mjeseca na platou ispred južne tribine, prilikom čega su pronađeni ostaci groblja, novčića, nošnje…, sada i stara kaldrma”.
“Shvatamo naravno da je to posao arheologa i nadamo se će se sve brzo riješiti kako bismo mogli da nastavimo sa radovima”.
U svakom slučaju do meča sa Poljacima 26. marta neko, prelazno rješenje moraće da se pronađe.
“Znamo šta su nam prioriteti i uradićemo sve da u saradnji sa policijom i FSCG obezbijedimo bezbjedan prilaz stadionu svim gledaocima. Kako? Tamponiraćemo dvije “najkritičnije” zone kod ulazaka na Zapadnu i Južnu tribinu, nasuti šljunak ili pijesak. Sve je to dodatni trošak, sve ponovo pomjera neke rokove za završetak Trga, ali to je nešto što moramo da uradimo”, poručuje Raičević.
A na jugu tampon zona
Posao oko obezbjeđivanja utakmica, kažu organizatori, lakši je na samom stadionu, nego van njega. Ipak i na tribinama, konkretno južnoj, biće noviteta.
“Napravićemo tampon zonu između naših i poljskih navijača, kojih će prema sadašnjim najavama biti oko 800. Sedam redova tribina će biti prazno zbog bezbjednosti”, najavio je Sekulić.
