MO: Pokrenuta procedura utvrđivanja odgovornosti Đorđije Vukčevića
Ministarstvo odbrane se oglasilo povodom medijskih navoda i fotografije koja kruži društvenim mrežama na kojoj se vidi civilno lice u službi u Vojsci Crne Gore Đorđije Vukčević na protestnom skupu u nedjelju, 22.avgusta, na Cetinju .
Protiv Đorđija Vukčevića pokrenuta je procedura utvrđivanja povrede vojnih propisa, kao i utvrđivanje njegove disciplinske odgovornosti za kršenje Zakona o Vojsci, Pravila službe i Kodeksa vojne etike, Đorđije Vukčević nije podoficir Vojske Crne Gore, odnosno profesionalno vojno lice, već je civilno lice u službi u VCG, koje vrši službu u Vojsci na radnom mjestu utvrđenom formacijom, saopšteno je iz Ministarstva odbrane.
Vukčević je službu primljen je 27.jula 2020.godine kao kurir u 3. podcentru Centra za obuku Vojske Crne Gore, sa mjestom službovanja u Kolašinu.
Već duži vremenski period Vukčević je odsutan iz jedinice zbog privremene spriječenosti za obavljanje rada (bolovanje), što ga nije sprječavalo da bude aktivni učesnik određenih skupova, a takvim činjenjem je svjesno zanemario svoje radne obaveze i zloupotrijebio pravo na privremenu spriječenost za rad.
Sva lica u službi u VCG dužna su da poštuju Zakon o Vojsci Crne Gore, Kodeks vojne etike, kao i Pravila službe VCG.
“Vukčević se oglušio o odredbe Zakona o Vojsci Crne Gore i načela Kodeksa vojne etike, čime je nanio štetu ugledu Vojske i Ministarstva odbrane. Kodeks predstavlja skup načela o etičkom postupanju lica u službi u Vojsci, radi očuvanja, afirmacije i unapređenja dostojanstva i ugleda Vojske i lica u službi u Vojsci, crnogorske vojne tradicije, patriotizma i antifašizma”, dodaju iz Ministarstva.
“Ministarstvo odbrane i Vojska Crne Gore njeguju antifašističku tradiciju i neće tolerisati ponašanje koje je u suprotnosti sa vrijednostima antifašizma”, zaključeno je u saopštenju.
