NAJMOĆNIJI PASOŠI 2021. Evo na kom je mjestu Crne Gora

Da postoji Olimpijada za pasoše Japan ne bi samo bio domaćin, već bi pobijedio na tom takmičenju, piše CNN prenoseći izvještaj Henli Indeks za pasoše koji od 2006. godine rangira putne isprave 199 zemalja.

Kako navode istraživači iz kompanije „Henli i partneri“ u prvom tromesečju 2021. godine međunarodna mobilnost i dalje bila samo 12 odsto nivoa prije pandemije, što znači da je „jaz između teorijskog i stvarnog pristupa putovanjima koji nude čak i dobri pasoši i dalje značajan“.

Kristijan H. Kaelin, predsjedavajući kompanije, kaže da iako ne znamo koliko će ograničenja na putovanja trajati, jasno je da će globalna mobilnost biti otežana barem ostatak ove godine.

Napominje da u takvim okolnostima posebno raste nejednakost. Tako vlasnici japanskih pasoša mogu da posjete oko 167 destinacija više od državljana Avganistana, koji imaju pristup svega 26 destinacija na svijetu. To je najveći jaz od kada Henli mjeri radi svoje analize. 

Ko je u top 10? 

Top 10 pasoša ostaje praktično nepromijenjen kako ulazimo u drugu polovinu godine.

Japan je ponovo na vrhu ljestvice. Pasoš ove azijske zemlje otvara vrata 193 države svijeta. Zapravo, tako je na papiru. U stvarnom svijetu, gdje vladaju korona mjere, vlasnici japanskih pasoša trenutno imaju pristup manje od 80 odsto destinacija na svijetu.

Singapur ostaje na drugom mjestu sa mogućnošću ulaska u 192 zemlje, zatim Južna Koreja koja sa Njemačkom dijeli treće mjesto sa mogućnošću ulaska u 191 zemlje svijeta.

Na četvrtom mjestu su Finska, Italija, Luksemburg, Španija, na petom Austrija i Danska, dok su Francuska, Irska, Holandija, Portugal i Švedska zajedno na šestom mjestu.

SAD i Velika Britanija zauzimaju sedmo mjesto, zajedno sa Švajcarskom, Belgijom i Novim Zelandom. Moć pasoša SAD i Velike Britanije je postepeno opadala od 2014. godine. U teoriji vlasnici pasoša SAD i Velike Britanije mogu da odu na 187 destinacija, a u stvarnosti imaju pristup na oko 60, odnosno 61 destinaciju.

Na osmom su Češka, Grčka, Malta i Norveška, na devetom mjestu su Australija i Kanada, a na desetom je Mađarska.

Srbija se plasirala na 38 mjesto ove liste. Kako je navedeno u izveštaju, pasoš Srbije omogućava ulazak u 139 zemlja bez vize.

Ako bismo gledali plasman eks-ju zemalja Srbija je na sredini liste. Na prvom mjestu je Slovenija koja je zauzela visoko 12 mjesto, jer pasoš te zemlje omogućava ulazak u 182 države svijeta bez vize. Od Srbije je bolje plasirana i Hrvatska. Pasoš ove zemlje omogućava ulazak u 173 zemlje svijeta bez vize, što je bilo dovoljno za 17 mjesto.

Lošije su plasirane Sjeverna Makedonija (46 mjesto, moguć ulazak u 126 zemalja bez vize), zatim Crna Gora (47 mjesto, moguć ulazak u 124 zemlje bez vize) i na kraju Bosna i Hercegovina (53 mjesto, moguć ulazak u 117 bez vize).

Koji pasoši su najgore plasirani?

Što se tiče začelja, najgore pozicije zauzele su zemlje čiji pasoš omogućava ulaza bez viza u manje od 40 zemalja svijeta. To su: Sjeverna Koreja, Nepal, Palestinske teritorije, Somalija, Jemen, Pakistan, Sirija, Irak i Avganistan.
