Njemci traže 14,5 miliona duga za kolektor
Njemačka kompanija WTE otpadne vode tužila je Opštinu Budva kako bi naplatila 14,5 miliona eura navodnog duga.
Riječ je, kako tvrdi tužilac, o neizmirenom kreditu Opštine prema poslovnom partneru koji je gradio postrojenje za tretman otpadnih voda u bečićkom naselju Vještica.
Ročište je u dvije odvojene tužbe zakazano u Privrednom sudu za 2. oktobar.
Kompaniju WTE, koju preko njemačke firme WTE Wassertechnik kontroliše austrijski koncer EVN, zastupa advokatska kancelarija Ane Đukanović, sestre bivšeg premijera i šefa DPS-a Mila Đukanovića.
WTE je još prije više od pola godine preko javnog izvršitelja u dva navrata pokušao da blokira Opštinu Budva radi naplate potraživanja.

Prvi nalog na 5,5 miliona i drugi na devet miliona eura, Opština je osporila pred Privrednim sudom, koji je odbio naloge za prinudnu naplatu.
Nakon toga, WTE je podnio tužbu.
Postrojenje koje je u oktobru 2014. otvorio tadašnji premijer Đukanović, praktično je uvelo u finansijske problemne lokalnu upravu.
WTE se kreditno zadužio kod njemačke razvojne banke KfW 58,5 miliona eura, na ime izgradnje postrojenja za tretman otpadnih voda i kanalizacionog sistema.
Opština se obavezala da u periodu od dvije decenije vrati kredit i plaća održavanje postrojenja.
Kao garanciju da će kredit biti vraćen, Vlada je dala garanciju na 29,5 miliona eura, a istu je dala i njemačka država.
Pune dvije i po godine lokalna uprava nije platila ni cent, iako su godišnje obaveze bile šest miliona eura.
Opština je odbijala da plaća jer je budvanska kriminalna grupa, na čelu sa Svetozarom Marovićem, a u kojoj je bio i direktor njemačke kompanije u Crnoj Gori Ginter Faust, priznala tužiocima da su napravili Opštini štetu od tri miliona eura gradnjom postrojenja.
Gradonačelnik Dragan Krapović najavio je da će Opština inicirati i raskid ugovora sa njemačkim partnerom, jer je posao štetan po Opštinu.
WTE pak traži da se ispoštuju ugovorene obaveze i da Opština uplati makar deseti dio duga.
Ranije su upozorili da od kraja marta više ne garantuju da će postrojenje raditi, jer u slučaju kvara nemaju novca za popravku.
Opština je inicirala forniranje savjetodavnog tijela, koje bi činili predstavnici WTE, Opštine i Vlade, kako bi se ugovor redefinisao i utvrdilo koliko je do sada utrošeno novca za izgradnju postrojenja.
Marovićev skiper priznao da kriminalna grupa stoji iza milionske malverzacije
Direktor firme „Biochem industries“ Stjepan Skočajić, nekadašnji skiper na jahti Svetozara Marovića, priznao je krivicu i sa Specijalnim državnim tužilaštvom zaključio sporazum.
On je priznao da je bio dio kriminalne grupe koja je učestvovala u milionskoj malverzaciji oko gradnje postrojenja za tretman otpadnih voda u naselju Vještica i da je preko njegove firme isplaćeno spornih tri miliona eura, kojim je Marović
vratio dug jednom Beograđaninu. Iako se prije 20 dana sporazum Skočajića našao pred Višim sudom, Opština nije dala saglasnost na njega, jer želi da se upozna sa spisima.
