“O PRAVIMA ŽENA ODLUČIĆE VJERSKI SAVJET” Talibanski lider srušio nade o većoj ulozi žena u Avganistanu
“O ulozi žena u Avganistanu, uključujući njihovo pravo na rad i obrazovanje i način oblačenja, odlučiće visoki islamski akademski savjet”, rekao je danas viši talibanski lider Vahidula Hašimi.
Hašimi je rekao za Rojters da će savjet odlučiti da li će djevojčicama biti dozvoljeno da idu u školu ili ne.
“Oni će odlučiti da li žene treba da nose hidžab, burku, samo veo ili nešto slično”, naveo je Hašimi.
Navodeći da su u Avganistanu stanovnici 99,99 odsto muslimani i da vjeruju u islam, Hašimi je poručio:
“A kada vjerujete u zakone, svakako bi ih trebalrio pmijeniti. Imamo savjet i oni će odlučiti sta ćemo učiniti”, kazao je.
Glavni portparol talibana Zabiula Mudžahid rekao je u utorak na konferenciji za novinare u Kabulu da će ženama biti dozvoljeno da rade i uče i “da će biti veoma aktivne u društvu”.
Tokom svoje vladavine od 1996. do 2001. godine, vođeni islamskim zakonoma, talibani su sprečavali žene da rade, a djevojčicama nije bilo dozvoljeno da se školuju, žene su morale da nose burke u javnosti i smjele su da izlaze iz kuće samo uz pratnju muškog rođaka.
Žene koje su kršile pravila ponekad su trpjele ponižavanje i javno bivale pretučene od strane talibanske vjerske policije.
Zapadni lideri su poručili da će “novim talibanima” suditi prema njihovim postupcima, uključujući i način na koji se ophode prema devojčicama i ženama.
