OGLASIO SE ZVICER, PROGOVORIO O ĆEVAPIMA I LJUDOŽDERIMA: Evo pod kojim bi uslovima vođa kavačkog klana došao u Srbiju
Advokat navodnog vođe “kavačkog klana” poslao je pismo medijima.
Dok policijski timovi cijelog svijeta na čelu sa Interpolom tragaju za navodnim vođom “kavačkog klana” Radojem Zvicerom, za kim su Crna Gora i Srbija raspisale crvenu potjernicu, on se po prvi put obratio javnosti i to preko pisma svog advokata koje je stiglo u redakciju “Informera”.
Njegov branilac tvrdi da se protiv Radoja Zvicera, koji je porodičan i pošten čovjek vodi medijska haranga, te da sve što je izgovoreno tom prilikom o Radoju Zviceru nije istina…
On ističe da njegov klijent nema saznanja niti je bilo kako povezan sa izvršenjem krivičnih djela u Srbiji i da Zvicer nije okrivljen u postupku koji se vodi protiv Veljka Belivuka zvanog Velja Nevolja. Takođe advokat dodaje da povezivanje Zvicera sa krivičnim djelima i navođenjem “ćevapa”, “Hanibala” i “ljudoždera” predstavlja isticanje neistina i uvreda njemu, što kao porodičan čovjek shvata i kao uvrede svojoj porodici.
U cilju odbrane “ljudskih prava” svog klijenta advokat navodi da će zaštitu potražiti od međunarodnih institucija i stranih ambasada, uz obećanje da će Zvicer biti dostupan državnim organima Srbije kada bude uvjeren da će postupak protiv njega biti vođen u skladu sa zakonom.

– Sve što je izgovoreno protiv Radoja Zvicera u dnevnim medijima apsolutno nije istina
– Radoje Zvicer nema nikakve veze sa izvršenjem bilo kog krivičnog djela koje je izvršeno na teritoriji Srbije
– Radoje Zvicer nema nikavih saznanja o izvršenju bilo kog krivičnog djela na teritoriji naše zemlje (Crne Gore)
– Radoje Zvicer nije okrivljeni u postupku koji se vodi protiv Belivuk Veljka pred Tužilaštvom za organizovani kriminal
– Svako povezivanje Radoje Zvicera sa bilo koji krivičnim djelom i navođenje “ćevapa” “hanibala”, “ljudoždera” predstavlja najbezobzirnije uvrede i neistine izrečene prema njemu
– Radoje Zvicer je porodičan i pošten čovjek i takvi naslovi i tekstovi upereni su kako protiv njega tako i protiv njegove porodice
– Radoje Zvicer i ja kako njegov branilac ne tražimo ništa više od zakonitog i korektnog vođenja postupka pred nadležnim državnim organima, uz poštovanje ljudskih prava, ne miješanja u rad tužilaštva, kao i da se prestane sa izmišljotinama i hajkom protiv mog klijenta
– Zaštitu prava Radoja Zvicera tražićemo pred nadležnim državnim organima Republike Srbije, a obratićemo se i nadležnim međunarodnim institucijama i stranm ambasadama, a sve u cilju poštovanja osnovnih ljudskih prava i zakonitog vođenja postupka
– Radoje Zvicer biće dostupan nadležnim organima Republike Srbije, počev od tužilaštva i suda, kada bude uvjeren da će postupak protiv njega biti u skladu sa zakonom i bez pritisaka na rad tužilaštva i suda od strane bilo koga, napisao je advokat Radoja Zvicera.
Podsjetimo, Radoje Zvicer se kao navodni vođa “kavačkog klana” sumnjiči za dilovanje narkotika, otmice, mučenja i svirepa ubistva. U žižu javnosti je dospio kada su uhapšeni Veljko Belivuk i njegova ekipa, jer se sumnja da su radili direktno po nalozima Zvicera. Nedavno je predsjednik Srbije Aleksandar Vučić u jednoj emisiji rekao da je poznato da je Radoje Zvicer zahtijevao da mu Belivuk i njegovi ljudi prave ćevape od žrtava koje su mučili i ubijali u vikendici u Ritopeku.
