OŠTETILI BUDŽET ZA 800.000: Sudije idu na robiju!
Bivši sudija cetinjskog Osnovnog suda Nebojša Marković pravosnažno je osuđen je na tri godine zatvora, a njegov nekadašnji pretpostavljeni i predsjednik tog suda, Goran Vrbica na dvije godine zatvora.
Oni su osuđeni zbog zloupotrebe službenog položaja jer su, kao službena lica, od 26. marta do 2. aprila 2007. godine, pribavili korist kompaniji “Framec” u iznosu od 800.000 eura, za koliko je oštećen državni budžet.
Saopšteno je da su oni zajedničkim djelovanjem, prekoračenjem i protivpravnim iskorišćavanjem službenog položaja i nevršenjem svoje službene dužnosti, izvršili krivično djelo zloupotreba službenog položaja.
“Donošenjem Rješenja koje je bilo suprotno odredbama Zakona o vanparničnom postupku, a zatim nezakonitom isplatom novca datog na čuvanje u sudski depozit, omogućili su pravnom licu ‘Framec’ SPA Italija, koje nije bilo stranka u postupku, da na štetu Budžeta Crne Gore, pribavi imovinsku korist u iznosu od 800 hiljada eura”, piše u optužnici.
