OSUMNJIČENI MALOLJETNICI (17): Ukrali automobil i sef iz “Đedovine”?
Tužilac za maloljetnike Vukas Radonjić donio je naredbu za pokretanje pripremnog postupka protiv sedamnaestogodišnjih B. L. i L. R. koje sumnjiče da su 18. oktobra ukrali automobil, razni alat iz dva vozila, a potom iz lokala “Đedovina” ukrali sef sa novcem.
Prema tužilačkim spisima te noći, u periodu od 4 do 6 sati prvo su u podgoričkom naselju Zagorić ukrali “citroen evasion”, kojim su se odvezli do dva automobila iz čijih gepeka su ukrali alat, laser za mjerenje dužine, brusilice, šrafilice…
Tužilac ih sumnjiči i da su se iste noći ukradenim automobilom odvezli do lokala “Đedovina” na Pričelju, a potom obili vrata i iz tog lokala ukrali metalni sef u kom je bilo 8.000 eura, dvije kasice u kojima je bilo pet eura i dva ručna smart sata.
To je, prema tvrdnjama tužilaštva učinio maloljetni B. L. dok mu je njegov vršnjak L. R. čuvao stražu: “Nakon čega su pobjegli vozilom ‘citoren evasion’, kojim su se i dovezli, a kojim je upravljao B. L. a tokom vožnje iz kasica uzeli novac, a satove i kasice odbacili u mjestu Rogame, a sef zajednički razbili krampom u naselju Zagorič i novac iz njega podijelili”, piše u naredbi.
Nakon krađa, automobil su parkirali ispred kuće vlasnika.
Radonjić objašnjava da je maloljetni L. R. priznao izvršenje krivičnih djela i naveo kada su se i gdje dogovorili da opljačkaju restoran “Đedovina”:
”U odnosu na krivična djela koja su maloljetnici učinili kao saučesnici, jasno je da su postupali kao saizvršioci”, piše u spisima koje potpisuje tužilac podgoričkog Osnovnog državnog tužilaštva Vukas Radonjić.
Malodobni B.L. nema nikakve veze sa nestankom novca iz lokala “Đedovina”, niti postoje dokazi protiv njega. Na saslušanju kod tužioca kategorično je negirao izvršenje navedenih krivičnih djela i detaljno iznio svoju odbranu”, kazao je njegov branilac, advokat Mirko Bogićević.
