Ovih pet preduzeća DUGUJU DRŽAVI 3,22 MILIONA eura poreza
Poreska uprava pokrenula je pred Privrednim sudom predlog za otvaranje stečaja u pet preduzeća koja državi duguju ukupno 3,22 miliona eura poreza.
Stečaj je uslijedio jer PU nije uspjela da prinudnom naplatom naplati ta dugovanja.
Predlog za otvaranje stečaja je podnijet 20. februara i za firme “Galenika Crna Gora” koje duguje 1,5 miliona eura, Pelagonija( 584, 23 hiljade eura), Montemal (432,28 hiljada eura), MP enginering ( 352,96 hiljada eura) i M -grupa ( 347,03 hiljade).
Iz PU je objašnjeno da se ti iznosi odnose na obaveze koje su već bile predmet mjera prinudne naplate kojima PU nije uspjela naplatiti dug, a da su u međuvremenu dospjele i ostale obaveze ovih poreskih obveznika.
“PU će i u narednom periodu nastaviti da primjenjuje mjere za povećanje stepena fiskalne discipline podstičući dobrovoljno izmirivanje poreskih obaveza proaktivnim pristupom obveznicima i jačanjem uslužnih funkcija. Uz to, primjenjivaće se mjere za obezbjeđenje potraživanja kod poreskih obveznika koji zbog poteškoća u poslovanju ili nižeg stepena poreske discipline ne izmiruju blagovremeno poreske obaveze prema državi”, objasnili su iz PU.
Dodaju da će u cilju efikasnog upravljanja poreskim dugom mjera predlaganja otvaranja stečajnog postupka biće preduzimana kao posljednjaa za obezbjeđenje potraživanja prema svim obveznicima koji ne budu izmirivali poreski dug u sistemu reprograma kao i prema svim obveznicima kojima rješenja o reprogramu budu ukinuta u skladu sa odredbama Zakona o reprogramu poreskog potraživanja.
Iz te uprave podsjećaju da u kontinuitetu koristi sve instrumente propisane Zakonom o poreskoj administraciji i ostalim propisima za naplatu poreskih potraživanja (blokiranje žiro-računa, uspostavljanje hipoteke nad imovinom dužnika, iniciranja stečajnog postupka po iscrpljivanju ostalih mjera za obezbjeđenje potraživanja).
PU je u novembru prošle godine podniejla predlog za otvaranje stečajnog postupka u preduzeću “Radoje Dakić” zbog dospjelih, a neizmirenih obaveza od 10,86 miliona eura.
