Po digitalnu potvrdu umjesto onlajn, ide se u dom zdravlja
Građani koji su se vakcinisali ne mogu da preuzmu potvrdu putem portala eZdravlje, već po nju moraju da odu do vakcinalnog punkta ili izabranog doktora.
Građani koji su primili vakcinu protiv kovida-19 na dan primanja druge doze dobili su potvrde o vakcinaciji u papirnom formatu. Potvrda sadrži QR kod, koji, kad se očita aplikacijom na mobilnom telefonu, vodi do vebsajta eZdravlje, te na engleskom i crnogorskom jeziku prikazuje informaciju o validnosti potvrde o imunizaciji.
Na portalu eZdravlje za osiguranike Fonda stoje i podaci o testiranju na kovid-19.
Iz FZO nisu pojasnili zbog čega sve te podatke nisu dosad implementirali u jedan elektronski servis, umjesto što građani za kovid potvrdu treba da idu u dom zdravlja ili je fizički preuzimaju na nekom od vakcinalnih punktova.
U FZO su tako i elektronsko dobijanje lozinke za pristup portalu eZdravlje dugo omogućavali isključivo posjetom izabranom doktoru ili su građani PIN mogli da dobiju u nekoj od filijala Fonda. Uslugu dobijanja PIN-a putem interneta FZO je omogućio tek sa početkom epidemije koronavirusa, u martu prošle godine.
Besplatnu nacionalnu kovid potvrdu Ministarstvo zdravlja aktiviraće sjutra. Njen najvažniji efekat biće lakše regulisanje i sprovođenje epidemioloških mjera, najavio je u ponedjeljak generalni direktor u Direktoratu za digitalno zdravlje, Aleksandar Sekulić.
Sekulić je na konferenciji za medije podsjetio na najave da će od avgusta u unutrašnjosti ugostiteljskih objekata moći da borave isključivo osobe koje ispunjavaju određene uslove, zbog čega je digitalna kovid potvrda veoma značajna.
Sekulić je kazao da će nacionalna digitalna kovid potvrda, po uzoru na digitalni kovid sertifikat Evropske unije, sadržati podatke da li je osoba u cjelosti vakcinisana ili primila prvu dozu vakcine, datum i vrijeme negativnog PCR testa na koronavirus, dokaz o negativnom brzom antigenskom testu ili pozitivan PCR test stariji od 14 do 180 dana.
”Digitalna kovid potvrda besplatna je i dostupna u papirnom ili digitalnom obliku. Potvrda se može sačuvati i prikazati na mobilnom telefonu. Suštinska razlika između digitalne i papirne verzije potvrde ne postoji, jer je QR kod u obje verzije garant validnosti podataka koji se prikazuju”, dodao je Sekulić.
Digitalna kovid potvrda će se izdavati kod bilo kog izabranog doktora ili na bilo kojem vakcinalnom punktu, pri čemu potvrdu mogu izdavati i sve ostale institucije zdravstvenog sistema.
”Sve što je potrebno od dokumentacije jeste validan dokument, lična karta ili pasoš”, rekao je Sekulić.
Korišćenje digitalne kovid potvrde je vrlo jednostavno jer je uz lični dokument dovoljno prikazati QR kod.
Nakon što se QR kod skenira, na ekranu će biti prikazano ime i prezime i datum rođenja korisnika.
