Počela rasprava o skidanju imuniteta Ivanoviću, Krapoviću, Popović
Administrativni odbor raspravljaće danas o skidanju imuniteta više poslanika vlasti i poslaniku DPS-a i bivšem ministru Petru Ivanoviću.
Kako piše u sazivu, raspravljaće se o zahtjevu Specijalnog državnog tužilaštva od 11. februara 2021. godine za odobrenje krivičnog gonjenja Ivanovića.
Podsjetimo, Ivanović je saslušan zbog sumnje u zloupotrebu službenog položaja u slučaju Abu Dabi fonda.
Na dnevnom redu sjednice je i zahtjev Osnovnog državnog tužilaštva Podgorica za odobrenje krivičnog gonjenja protiv poslanika Demokratskog fronta Milana Kneževića i Miluna Zogovića, koji rukovodi Odborom.
SDT je tražilo i skidanje imuniteta poslaniku Demokrata Draganu Krapoviću zbog istrage u vezi događaja u Budvi kada je DPS preuzeo rukovođenje opštinom.
Takođe, Osnovno državno tužilaštva Pljevlja uputilo je zahtjev za ukidanje imuniteta poslanici Demokrata Zdenki Popović. Protiv nje je ranije vođena istraga jer je navodno kršila mjere protiv pandemije kada je na Žabljaku, kada je nosila humanitarnu pomoć.
Na dnevnom redu sjednice je i zahtjev Osnovnog državnog tužilaštva Nikšić za odobrenje krivičnog gonjenja poslanika Pokreta za promjene Vladana Raičevića.
