PODGORICA: KAP-ovci iduće nedjelje na ulice
Poslije samo 15 minuta propao je juče i drugi sastanak bivših radnika Kombinata aluminijuma u stečaju, danas penzionera, sa predstavnicima Vlade u vezi primjene važećeg Zakona o izmirenju obaveza, prema kojem bi trebalo da im bude isplaćeno 5,45 miliona eura otpremnina.
Penzioneri KAP su očekivali da će za njih 414 do 1. marta biti isplaćene otpremnine u skladu sa Zakonom i obećanjem premijera Duška Markovića datog, kako tvrde, tokom razgovora obavljenog 26. decembra prošle godine.
Predstavnici izvršne vlasti juče na sastanku mješovite komisije koja je trebalo da doprinese rješavanju problema nijesu ni željeli da pričaju o isplati otpremnina, već o izmjenama i dopunama Zakona o izmirenju obaveza zbog čega su predstavnici penzionera KAP-a vrlo brzo napustili sastanak.
„Koliko sjutra obratićemo se pismeno premijeru Markoviću od kojeg tražimo da se javno izjasni o svojim konstatacijama izrečenim 26. decembra. Na stolu u pregovaračkoj komisiji nijesmo imali ni njihove namjere. Mi nemamo ovlašćenja da raspravljamo o Zakonu. Protesti se nastavljaju iduće sedmice, a najavićemo ih u skladu sa propisima“, saopštio je nakon propalog sastanka „Vijestima“ Nikola Raković , ovlašćeni predstavnik penzionera KAP-a.
On je istakao da je zbor bivših radnika odlučio da napuste sastanak, ako u pregovaračkoj grupi (komisiji) ne bude konstatacija premijera, što se na kraju i desilo.
Bivši radnici KAP koji su u penziju nevoljno otišli u drugoj polovini 2013. godine nakon pokretanja stečaja u KAP traže da im otpremnine budu isplaćene u iznosima preciziranim socijalnim programom koji je Vlada ponudila 2009. godine.
