PODGORICA: Kasni izgradnja pijace na Koniku
Iz Glavnog grada “Vijestima” danima ne odgovaraju na pitanja kada će biti otvorena pijaca u podgoričkom naselju Konik, a kada je postavljen kamen-temeljac u decembru prošle godine, najavljeno je da će radovi biti gotovi krajem avgusta 2016.
Pijaca na Koniku se gradi po principu javno-privatnog partnerstva između Glavnog grada i firme „Mesopromet” iz Bijelog Polja. Očigledno je da su završeni grubi građevinnski radovi i da se sada unutar objekta izvode zanatski.
Za zakup tezgi i prodajnih mjesta u Tržnom centru „Konik” mjesečno će trebati da se izdvoji od 35 do 45 eura po kvadratu.
“Cijene zakupa tezgi i prodajnih mjesta u sektorima sira, jaja, cvijeća i ribe utvrđene su po metru kvadratnom u zavisnosti od vremena korišćenja, površine i vrste prodajnog mjesta.
Za metar kvadratni tezge mjesečni zakup će biti 45 eura, za metar kvadratni prodajnog mjesta sa rashladnom vitrinom u sektoru za sir treba izdvojiti 40 eura”, navodi se u dokumentaciji preduzeća „Tržnice i pijace”.
Mjesečni zakup za metar kvadratni prostora u sektoru za jaja i cvijeće, kako piše, iznosiće 35, dok će za ribu biti 45 eura.
“Za metar kvadratni mesare mjesečno će se izdvajati 18 eura, a za poslovne prostore manje od 25 kvadrata 22 eura. Za poslovne prostore veće od 25 kvadrata mjesečni zakup biće 17 eura po kvadratu”, navodi se u cjenovniku.
Za mjesečni zakup vage potrebno je izdvojiti 12,83 eura, za postavljanje automata stotinu, a za reklamu unutar tržnog centra 20 eura po metru kvadratnom.
