PODGORICA: Marović garantovao da će vratiti milion eura
Predsjednik Višeg suda u Podgorici, Boris Savić juče je razmatrao jedan od dva sporazuma o priznanju krivice kojim je bivši visoki funkcioner Demokratske partije socijalista Svetozar Marović priznao učešće u namještanju poslova određenim kompanijama na štetu budvanske opštine.

Nagodba kojom je Marović priznao grijehe u predmetima gradnje donjeg bulevara u Budvi, puta u selu Krapina, kao i za slučajeve „Properti investment“ i „Kopi rajt“, razmatrana je iza zatvorenih vrata. Isključenje javnosti sa ročišta sudija Savić je obrazložio time što je istraga proglašena tajnom i što se u spisima predmeta nalaze izjave svjedoka saradnika.
Sporazumom koji je juče razmatran, Marović je prihvatio da za djela prevara u produženom trajanju i zloupotreba položaja putem podstrekivanja bude osuđen na jedinstvenu kaznu od godinu i deset mjeseci zatvora.
