PODGORICA: MILO SE JOŠ UVIJEK NIJE POJAVIO U SUDU
Bivši premijer Milo Đukanović ni juče se nije pojavio u podgoričkom Osnovnom sudu da odgovori – da li se osjećao ugroženo od komentara Luke Vukojevića, postavljenog na portalu Vijesti, u maju 2015.
Suđenje Vukojeviću se skoro dvije godine odlaže zbog nepojavljivanja doskorašnjeg šefa Vlade, a sud za to vrijeme ne uspijeva da mu uredno uruči poziv.
I ovog puta iz suda nijesu uspjeli da mu uruče poziv ni kući, ni u sjedištu DPS-u.
Sudija Nenad Vujanović ponovo je konstatovao da je sudskog dostavljača Đukanovićevo obezbjeđenje uputilo na prostorije DPS-a.
“Ne može mu se kući uručiti poziv”, konstatovao je sudija.
Suđenje je odloženo za 11. septembar.
Tako da Vukojeviću, koji redovno dolazi na sve zakazane pretrese, ostaje da čeka da taj postupak zastari – maja 2019. ili, što je malo vjerovatno, da tužilaštvo odustane od krivičnog gonjenja.
Đukanovićevo obezbjedenje je i prošlog puta reklo dostavnoj službi suda da bivši premijer ne prima poštu na kućnu adresu, već u kancelariji DPS-a.
Sudija je još 12. oktobra pretprošle godine odlučio da se 30. novembra iste godine sasluša bivši šef Vlade, kako bi se izjasnio da li se osjećao ugroženo, ali se on nije pojavio ni na jednom zakazanom pretresu od tada.
Tužilaštvo je podiglo optužili predlog protiv Vukojevića, a da prethodno nijesu ni saslušali premijera i pitali ga da li se osjećao ugroženo, što je osnovni preduslov za postojanje ovog krivičnog djela.
Vukojević je u odbrani tvrdio da je komentar na portalu Vijesti, zbog kojeg je optužen, zapravo citat iz američke serije Kuća od karata i da nije imao namjeru da prijeti bilo kome.
Njemu se sudi zbog komentara na tekst “Poruka buržujima: Opljačkali ste nas, ali nas nećete tlačiti”, u kojem je naveo “Žrtvovaću se. Za naciju… Znaćete me po imenu i prezimenu. Ubiću premijera. Tako će okončati moj život, ali i 20 godina robije. Barem nešto da uradim za svoju djecu kada izbori ne pomažu”.
