PODGORICA: Osmočlana porodica nema novca da plati plac
Osmočlana familija Vlahović iz Park šume u Zagoriču, apelovala je na predstavnike Glavnog grada, državnih institucija, da im pomognu u rješavanju spora sa predstavnicima porodice Stamatović, kojima je vraćena zemlja, na kojoj su napravili kuću.
“U toku je spor sa Stamatovićima, kojima je vraćena zemlja, na kojoj smo napravili kuću još 1991. godine, na tadašnjem državnom zemljištu. Za februar je zakazano novo suđenje, a advokati traže da isplatimo 18.200 eura za zemlju, odnosno 520 kvadrata ili će nam kuću dati na licitaciju”, kazao je Vladimir Vlahović.
On smatra da država treba da posreduje, da im se omogući da plate zemljište po cijeni koja ne bi bila opterećenje i na duži period.
Vlahović je istakao da se zemljište vodilo na njegovog oca Velimira, kao i kuća, ali da je parcela prevedena na Stamatoviće.
Vlahović je kazao da u kući živi sa suprugom, četvoro maloljetne djece, od kojih su troje đaci, a u zajednici sa njima su i njegovi otac i majka.
“Iako je suđenje u toku, kao i za još troje naših komšija, ništa nas ne pitaju, kao da ne postojimo. Kuću smo počeli 1991. godine u blizini trafo-stanice, još je nijesmo završili. Sada hoće od nas da prave socijalne slučajeve”, kazao je Vlahović.
On je istakao da nemaju novca za advokata, da su išli u banke da vide da li mogu da podignu kredit, ali da ne ispunjavaju uslove za to.
“Ne možemo kuću pod hipoteku da stavimo, jer nije legalizovana. Valjda imamo neka prava, ako tamo živimo od 1991. godine, uložili smo sve što smo imali u skromni dom”, istakao je Vlahović.
On je rekao da su vještaci procijenili da je kvadrat zemlje 35 eura, a kada su počinjali da grade, to je bila šuma, koju su raskrčili.
“Plaćamo porez na kuću, vodu i struju, godinama su nam obećavali legalizaciju i onda su prije nekoliko godina tek tako vratili zemlju Stamatovićima. Međutim, u toku je postupak pred sudom ili Ministarstvom finansija da se ospori rješenje o povraćaju zemljišta, ali sudski postupci su pokrenuti”, istakao je Vlahović.
Pravosnažnom odlukom Vrhovnog suda, vraćeno je preko 200.000 kvadrata zemljišta porodici Stamatović u Park šumi Zagorič.
Porodici Vučinić je odlukom Vrhovnog suda vraćeno 125.000 kvadratnih metara u Park šumi Zagorič.
