PODGORICA: “Platićeš mi što ležim nevin!”
Više državno tužilaštvo u Podgorici podiglo je optužnicu protiv Vladimira Ulame i Darka Mijovića zbog teškog ubistva Nemanje Medina, a protiv Bogdana Milića zbog krivičnog djela – pomoć učiniocu poslije izvršenog krivičnog djela.
“Protiv B.M. i V.U. optužnica je podignuta i zbog krivičnog djela – nedozvoljeno držanje oružja i eksplozivnih materija”, saopšteno je iz Tužilaštva.
Navodi se i da je Više državno tužilaštvo u Podgorici zbog prijetnji koje su državnom tužiocu, prilikom saslušanja 17. februara upućene u vezi sa vršenjem tužilačke dužnosti, Osnovnom državnom tužilaštvu u Podgorici na dalju nadležnost i postupanje dostavilo dokaze – zapisnik Višeg državnog tužilaštva o saslušanju Ulame okrivljenog zbog krivičnog djela – teško ubistvo Medina.
“Okrivljeni se prilikom saslušanja, nakon što je iskoristio pravo da ne iznosi odbranu, obratio postupajućem državnom tužiocu i tom prilikom mu uputio riječi – da je sramota što nevin leži u zatvoru i da će mu on zbog toga platiti -, koje prijetnje su državnom tužiocu upućene u vezi sa vršenjem tužilačke dužnosti, čime bi izvršio krivično djelo – napad na službeno lice u vršenju službene dužnosti”, saopšteno je iz Tužilaštva.
