PODGORICA: Poreska uprava ZATVORILA stovarište ,,Đurović”
Poreska uprava (PU) privremeno je zatvorila najstarije podgoričko stovarište za prodaju građevinskog materijala, Stovarište “Đurović” na Zabjelu, zbog inspekcijskog nadzora koji je u toku, potvrđeno je juče „Vijestima“ iz nekoliko izvora.
Kako saznaju “Vijesti”, Nivel u reorganizaciji, koji je sa PU zaključio ugovor o reprogramu obaveza, nije uplatio deset odsto poreskog duga (oko 87 hiljada eura). Zbog toga mu prijeti raskid reprograma sa PU, kojoj ukupno duguje oko 800 hiljada eura, ali i prinudna naplata poreskog duga.
Stovarištem “Đurović” 25 godina je gazdovala firma Nivel u vlasništvu Vladimira Đurovića, koja je od 2015. godine u reprogrmiranom stečaju. U međuvremenu, stovarište je (zakupom) preuzela druga firma koja, prema nezvaničnim informacijama, nema problema sa poreznicima.
Prema podacima iz Centralnog registra privrednih subjekata od avgusta 2016. registrovana je nova firma Nivel stovarište “Đurović” čiji je izvršni direktor i vlasnik Živojin Krstajić. Nova firma posljednjih godinu gazduje najstarijim podgoričkim stovarištem koje je od Nivela uzela u zakup.
Povjerioci Nivela su u drugoj polovini 2015. podržali Plan reorganizacije preduzeća kroz stečaj, kada je kompaniji data šansa za oporavak i spas 40 radnih mjesta. Đurovićeva firma radi na tržištu već 26 godina. Stečajni postupak u tom preduzeću pokrenut je 6. juna 2015. godine, na njegov zahtjev kao vlasnika, jer je bila ostala bez obrtnih sredstava i nelikvidna.
Prije stečaja ta firma je povjeriocima ostala dužna oko 6,5 miliona eura, što odgovara iznosu koji je Đurović od 2009. godine uložio u izgradnju stambeno-poslovnog objekta od 21 hiljade kvadrata kod obilaznice u Budvi. U taj projekat on je ušao sa Stevanom Đukićem, u okviru firme Nivel Invest u kojoj je, takođe, pokrenut stečaj u martu 2015.
Nivel Invest u Rafailovićima posjeduje plac za koji nema kupaca. Od njegove prodaje, a bilo je u međuvremenu 7-8 propalih oglasa, bi se namirio dio ukupnih dugova od oko sedam miliona eura.
