PODGORICA: Prodavci ispred Stočne pijace prodaju jaja, sir, ribu…
Preduzeće Tržnice i pijace početkom godine smanjilo je cijene zakupa prodajnog prostora na Stočnoj pijaci kako bi se riješio problem vanpijačne prodaje. Međutim, to nije urodilo plodom pa se u prašini ispred kapija Stočne pijace u ponudi mogu naći i lako kvarljivi proizvodi, poput sira, jaja, ribe, ali i voća i povrća.
Portparol Tržnica i pijaca Biljana Jovović kaže da su se u nekoliko navrata obraćali inspekcijskim organima ali problem vanpijačnih prodavaca nije riješen.
“Od januara smo umanjili cijene zakupa prodajnog prostora za prodaju stoke na Stočnoj pijaca pa tako sada za ovce, koze, svinje, jagnje i jare one iznose 50 centi, za tele i magare euro, dok za zakup prostora za prodaju krave i konja izdvojiti euro i po. Međutim, to nije dalo rezultata. Obraćali smo se Upravi za inspekcijske poslove, Veterinarskoj inspekciji, Poljoprivrednoj inspekciji, Upravi policije, Komunalnoj inspekciji i Komunalnoj policiji. Neki od ovih organa su se oglasili kao nenadležni, a u ranijem periodu veterinarski inspektor i Komunalna policija su imali nekoliko intervencija, koje su urodile plodom, pa je smanjen broj vanpijačnih prodavaca. Međutim, vanpijačna prodaja nije riješena”, navela je Jovović.
Jovović ukazuje da im vanpijačna prodaja predstavlja nelojalnu konkurenciju i direktno utiče na njihovo poslovanje.
“Ispred Stočne pijace se u početku prodavala stoka koja nema uredne papire o vlasništvu, porijeklu i zdravstvenoj ispravnosti, a nerijetko je u pitanju i bolesna stoka. Sada je ponuda proširena pa pored stoke u ponudi su i lako kvarljive namirnice poput sira, jaja, ribe, povrća, voća, mješovita roba. Oko Stočne pijace, ne samo što se u neuslovnom prostoru prodaje stoka, već se u prašini, prljavštini i na zelenim površinama ona i kolje. Napominjemo da se na Stočnoj pijaci može prodavati isključivo stoka za koju vlasnik ima dokaze o porijeklu i zdavstvenoj ispravnosti, o čemu naša služba vodi računa, koja to kontroliše već prilikom ulaza na pijacu”, navodi ona.
