PODGORICA: Statisu dio aerodroma u Golubovcima
Ministarstvo odbrane uskoro će objaviti javni poziv za davanje u dugoročni zakup dijela vojnog aerodroma u Golubovcima, nakon što je prethodno formirana posebna katarstarska parcela od 4.262 metra kvadratna koja će se dati u zakup.
Za tu lokaciju zainteresovan je Adriatik propertis, grčkog biznismena Petrosa Statisa koji je o tome pisao Vladi.
Izdavanje u dugoročni zakup dijela zemljišta koje se nalazi na vojnom aerodromu u Golubovcima vrši se u skladu sa zakonom o državnoj imovini, a na osnovu zaključka Vlade iz decembra prošle godine.
Iz resora kojim rukovodi ministar Predrag Bošković “Vijestima” je rečeno da su, shodno zaključku Vlade, zajedno sa Ministarstvom finasija formirali komisiju koja će tu državu imovinu dati u zakup.
“Priprema javnog oglasa je u završnoj fazi i nakon okončanja biće objavljen u sredstavima javnog informisanja, kao i na sajtu ministarstva odbrane. Angažovali smo ovlašćenu geodetsku agenciju koja je izradila elaborat o parcelaciji katastarke parcele 541/1 KO Golubovci, kojim je formirana nova katastarska parcela 541/14, površine 4.246 metara kvadratnih, koja će biti predmet izdavanja u dugoročni zakup. Uprava za nekretnine izvršila je procjenu vrijednosti zemljišta koje je predmet izdavanja u zakup na osnovu koje će komisija odrediti početnu cijenu za izdavanje u zakup. Cijena će biti navedena u javnom pozivu za izdavanje u zakup”, kazali su u Ministarstvu.
Adriatik propertis, koja je zakupac Svetog Stefana, Miločera i Kraljičine plaže je u zahtjevu Vladi, odnosno Ministarstvu odbrane napisala da želi da poboljša uslugu koju pruža svojim gostima i da su zainteresovani da investiraju u VIP aviotransport i nabavku helikoptera.
S obzirom da im je za tu namjenu potreban hangar visokih standarda koji bi se koristio za skladištenje aviona i opreme, iskazali su interesovanje da im se dio parcele na vojnom aerodromu Golubovci izda u zakup kako bi mogli da postave hangar, koji bi nakon isteka roka zakupa ostao vlasništvo države. Period zakupa bi bio na 30 godine.
Prihod od zakupa ići će u budžet Ministarstva odbrane
Prihodi ostvareni od izdavanja u dugoročni zakup ići će u budžet Ministarstva odbrane, a modalitet plaćanja mjesečnog zakupa biće definisan ugovorom o zakupu.
“U skladu sa zaključkom Vlade, kroz tendersku dokumentaciju za izdavanje u zakup nepokretnosti, predviđena je mogućnost da zakupac na vojnom aerodromu Golubovci izgradi čelični hangar za potrebe Vojske Crne Gore, s tim da se ugovorena cijena zakupa umanji za vrijednost novoizgrađenog hangara, koju bi utvrdila Uprava za nekretnine”.
