PODGORICA: Studentkinja prijavila profesora za seksualno uznemiravanje
Profesora Biotehničkog fakulteta Univerziteta Crne Gore (UCG), Ranka Prenkića, studentkinja je prijavila Sudu časti za navodno seksualno uznemiravanje, saznaju Dnevne novine. On je, međutim, u izjašnjenju demantovao navode studentkinje.
“Sudu časti Univerziteta Crne Gore je 5. novembra 2018. godine podnijeta prijava protiv profesora Biotehničkog fakulteta Ranka Prenkića. Studentkinja Biotehničkog fakulteta je u navedenoj prijavi optužila profesora Ranka Prenkića, sa Biotehničkog fakulteta, za seksualno uznemiravanje. Profesor Prenkić je Sudu časti dostavio 19. novembra izjašnjenje kojim osporava navode iz prijave”, navodi se u odgovoru Univerziteta Crne Gore dostavljenom Dnevnim novinama.
Sud časti, ipak, nastavlja sa sprovođenjem postupka u skladu sa Etičkim kodeksom Univerziteta Crne Gore.
Ovo je, inače, drugi slučaj u posljednje vrijeme da studenti optužuju profesore crnogorskog Univerziteta za seksualno uznemiravanje. Podsjetimo, pred Sudom časti u toku je postupak i u slučaju profesora Pravnog fakulteta Ranka Mujovića, kojeg su dvije studentkinje optužile za navodno seksualno uznemiravanje. Mujović je takođe to demantovao, podnijevši krivičnu prijavu protiv studentkinja zbog “lažnih optužbi”, koju je tužilaštvo odbacilo kao neosnovanu.
Sud časti Univerziteta Crne Gore utvrđuje odgovornost i izriče mjere za povredu moralnih i profesionalnih načela utvrđenih Etičkim kodeksom Univerziteta Crne Gore. Za povredu Etičkog kodeksa Sud može izreći javnu opomenu, javnu osudu, sa objavljivanjem na sjednici Senata Univerziteta i javnu osudu, sa objavljivanjem u Biltenu Univerziteta Crne Gore.
