PODGORICA: Ubovića ni advokat ne može pronaći!
Odloženo je za septembar suđenje po tužbi države, koja od podgoričkog biznismena Ranka Ubovića traži oko 60.000 eura duga na račun neplaćenih poreza i doprinosa.
Ubović nije došao da svjedoči u postupku, a njegov advokat Milivoje Raičević je rekao da on nije uspio da stupi u kontakt sa svojim klijentom.
Ubović je na uslovnu zatvorsku kaznu pravosnažno osuđen prije osam godina, zbog utaje poreza i doprinosa i zloupotrebe ovlašćenja u privredi.
Država je 2012. godine pokrenula postupak pred podgoričkim Osnovnim sudom, tražeći od Ubovića i njegovog bivšeg preduzeća PP “IL Gatto” odštetu na ime sticanja bez osnova, od 60.369 eura sa kamatama od 2008.
Kako je u međuvremenu utvrđeno da to preduzeće ne postoji od 2000. godine, kao tuženi je ostao samo Ubović.
