PODGORICA: Uhapšen Aleksandar Perović
Policija je inače A.P. potraživala od događaja kada je, kako se sumnja, 12. januara ove godine, šenlučio ispred ugostiteljskog objekta „Prag“.
Naime, službenici CB Podgorica su sinoć, raspolažući operativnim saznanjima, da se A.P. nalazi u UO „Modena“, koji se nalazi ispod Gradskog stadiona, u ovom ugostiteljskom objektu izvršili kontrolu ovog lica koje se potraživalo zbog pomenutog šenlučenja. Policijski službenici su kontrolom A.P. pronašli i od njega oduzeli vatreno oružje u ilegalnom posjedu – pištolj „M 70“ cal. 7, 65 mm sa sedam metaka od kojih se jedan metak nalazio u cijevi pištolja. A.P. je potom lišen slobode.
Operativna saznanja do kojih su policijski službenici prethodno došli ukazuju na sumnju da je A.P, 12. januara 2017. godine tokom noći, šenlučio ispred UO „Prag“, koji se takođe nalazi ispod Gradskog stadiona, na način što je upotrijebio vatreno oružje i ispalio više hitaca u pravcu ovog lokala u vrijeme dok je lokal bio zatvoren odnosno nakon radnog vremena, te da je time uzrokovao materijalnu štetu vlasniku u vidu loma stakla na lokalu. Policijski službenici su tada tokom uviđaja pronašli više projektila koji su upućeni Forenzičkom centru radi vještačenja.
O svemu je upoznat državni tužilac u Osnovnom državnom tužilaštvu u Podgorici, koji je izvršio kvalifikaciju djela.
Osumnjičeni A.P. će, uz krivičnu prijavu, biti priveden nadležnom tužiocu, zbog osnovane sumnje da je počinio krivično djelo nedozvoljeno držanje oružja i eksplozivnih materija.Oduzeti pištolj sa municijom biće upućen u Forenzički centar radi vještačenja.
