PODGORICA: Uhapšene dvije osobe zbog zlouotrebe i ulične prodaje marihuane
Podgorička policija je, preduzimajući aktivnosti na suzbijanju ulične prodaje narkotika, lišila slobode jednu osobu zbog zloupotrebe narkotika a drugu zbog ulične prodaje opojnih droga, saopšteno je iz Uprave policije (UP).
“Službenici Centra bezbjednosti Podgorica su kontrolom E.L. (30) pronašli tzv. džoint sa sadržajem marihuane težine šest grama. On je lišen slobode zbog sumnje da je izvršio krivično djelo neovlašćena proizvodnja, držanje i stavljanje u promet opojnih droga. Kriminalističkom obradom policija je došla do sumnje da je E.L. navedenu opojnu drogu kupio od N.M. (24) iz Podgorice”.
Kako se navodi u saopštenju, policija je po naredbi nadležnog sudije za istragu izvršila pretres stana i poslovnog objekta koji koristi N.M. Pretresom je pronađeno 450 grama marihuane upakovane u 100 manjih pvc pakovanja.
“Daljim radom došlo se do sumnje da se N.M. bavi nabavkom i stavljanjem u tzv. ulični promet marihuane, a da je drogu nabavljao u većim količinama i prepakivao je u manja pakovanja u namjeri dalje ulične distribucije. O događaju je obavješten državni tužilac u Višem državnom tužilaštvu u Podgorici”, zaključeno je u saopštenju UP.
