PODGORIČKI POLICAJAC TUKAO DJEČAKE: Evo kako je kažnjen, roditelji najavili da će se žaliti!
Policajac Božidar Anđelić nagodio se s tužilaštvom da odradi 120 sati društveno korisnog rada, zbog napada na četiri učenika Osnovne škole Sutjeska.
Optužen je za krivično djelo – zlostavljanje, za koje je predviđena kazna zatvora od tri mjeseca do tri godine.
Sutkinja Larisa Mijušković Stamatović zatvorila je jučerašnje suđenje za javnost i obrazožila da to čini zbog zaštite interesa maloljetnih lica.
Prema nezvaničnim saznanjima “Vijesti”, ona na pretresu juče nije odlučila da li će prihvatiti sporazum, već je navela da će odluka biti dostavljena naknadno.
Roditelji djece najavili su da će se žaliti, ukoliko sutkinja odluči da prihvati sporazum.
“Mi tražimo zatvorsku kaznu. Radi se o četiri dječaka, koji i danas trpe posljedice”, naveo je jedan od roditelja dječaka.
Ukoliko oštećeni ne prihvate sporazum i podnesu žalbu, o kazni će odlučivati sudsko vijeće.
Incident se dogodio 30. januara, kada je, prema optužnom predlogu, Anđelić napao četrnaestogodišnje dječake u pekari u blizini podgoričkog Osnovnog suda.
Anđelić, koji radi na obezbjeđenju tog suda, ranije je negirao da je tukao dječake, navodeći da su ga provocirali i da je samo jednog uhvatio za revere.
Kasnije je kod tužioca priznao da ih je tukao i tražio nagodbu.
Protiv njega se vodi i disciplinski postupak u policiji, koji još nije završen.
