POGINUO RADNIK CEDIS-A: Osumnjičene TRI osobe da su odgovorne za smrt radnika
Policija je podnijela nadležnom tužilšatvu prijavu protiv A.M. (40) iz Bara, K.Ž. (26), „Euromix Beton“ Bar i P.S. (47) izvršnog direktora u navedenom pravnom licu zbog sumnje da su izvršili krivično djelo teško djelo protiv opšte sigurnosti u vezi krivičnog djela izazivanje opasnosti neobezbjeđenjem mjera zaštite na radu a u vezi krivičnog djela izazivanje opšte opasnosti.
“Naime, 25. avgusta 2021. godine oko 9.20 časova, prilikom izvođenja radova na otklanjanju kvara na dalekovodu u mjestu Zaljevo, osumnjičena lica nisu postupali po propisima i tehničkim pravilima o mjerama zaštite na radu i opšte priznatim tehničkim pravilima, iako su bili svjesni da mogu izazvati opasnost za život i tijelo ljudi, ali su olako držali da do posledica neće nastupiti, te je usled navedenih propusta došlo do povređivanja M.O. iz Bara koji je tom prilikom smrtno stradao”, navode iz policije.
M.O. se kao radnik „CEDIS“-a, sa ostalim radnicima iz navedene firme, nalazio se u mjestu Zaljevo radi otklanjanja kvara na dalekovodu, gdje je prilikom popravke došlo do strujnog udara od kojih posljedica je M.O. preminuo.
