Policija identifikovala napadače na Podgoričane
Podgoričanin I.M. je prema snimku koji kruži društvenim mrežama, u jučerašnjem incidentu na benzinskoj pumpi, kod Cetinja, zadobio udarac u predjelu glave.
Iz izvora bliskih istrazi se saznaje da on nije pretučen pred suprugom.
Navodno je sve počelo kada je grupa mladića počela da dobacuje i to prvo njegovom bratu, koji se, sa dvije ženske osobe, nalazio u automobilu podgoričkih registarskih oznaka.
I.M.se nalazio u automobilu beogradskih registracija, sa djetetom i takođe dvije ženske osobe i nakon izlaska iz automobila, mladići su ga okružili i počeli da mu dobacuju a potom ga je jedan udario .
Cetinjsko tužilaštvo utvrđuje da li je u sinoćnjem incidentu u tom gradu, o kome su izvijestili mediji, bilo elemenata krivičnog djela, koje se goni po služnenoj dužnosti.
“Osnovno državno tužilaštvo u Cetinju od Osnovnog suda u Cetinju zatražilo je izuzimanje video nadzora sa objekta u blizini kojeg je prijavljeno da se desio predmetni događaj, te naložilo Upravi policije. Odjeljenju bezbjednosti Cetinje da utvrdi identitet i prikupi obavještenja u svojstvu građana, od svih učesnika predmetnog događaja i ostalih prisutnih lica, a određeno je i potrebno vještačenje, pa će analizom pribavljenih podataka biti ocijenjeno da li su se eventualno u radnjama nekog lica ostvarili bitni elementi bića krivičnog djela za koje se goni po službenoj dužnosti”, kazalo je Duško Milanović, rukovodilac cetinjskog tužilaštva..
Prema saznanjima televizije Vijesti policajci su identifikovali osobe sa snimka.
Kako u ovom trenutku nijesu prikupljeni dovoljno čvrsti dokazi da bi se protiv dvojice Cetinjana podnijela krivična prijava, njihova imena, poštujući pretpostavku nevinosti, za sada ne objavljujemo.
Ako do krivičnih prijava bude došlo, njima to međutim neće prvi put da se nađu pred istražnim organima.
Jedan od njih je početkom godine privođen zbog sličnog ponašanja, odnosno zbog uvreda koje je uputio jednom visokom vladinom zvaničniku.
