PREKRŠILI MJERE: Protiv TRI vlasnika ugostiteljskih objekata podnijete krivične prijave
Tokom petka i subote veče Turistička inspekcija sprovela je pojačani nadzor na području cijele Crne Gore, kada su inspektori obišli 53 lokala i to uz asistenciju pripadnika Uprave policije, saopšteno je iz Uprave za inspekcijske poslove.
Kontrole su, kako kažu, vršene prevashodno u cilju sprovođenja epidemioloških mjera u ugostiteljskim objektima, ali su kontrolisane i druge nepravilnosti iz okvira poslovanja ovih subjekata.
„Tom prilikom utvrđeno je 9 nepravilnosti. Podnijeto je 3 krivične zbog nepoštovanja važećih mjera (više od 4 osobe za stolom i nepostavljene pregrade od pleksiglasa, neposjedovanje jednog od 4 uslova iz nacionalne covid potvrde). Inspektori su izdali 5 prekršajnih naloga u ukupnoj vrijednosti od 3.900 eura, zbog rada bez odobrenja i nenošenja maski od strane zaposlenih. Zbog ponavljanja istih prekršaja – zbog nedozvoljenog pušenja u lokalu i kao i zbog kršenja mjera, izdata su dva zahtjeva za pokretanje prekršajnog postupka, kojima se zapravo zahtjeva od prekršajnog suda izricanje visokih kazni“, navodi se u saopštenju.
Takođe, dodaju, pronađen je jedan ugostiteljski objekat koji je radio bez odobrenja za rad, odnosno „crno“ i isti je novčano kažnjen, pa je ispražnjen i zapečaćen je objekat isto veče.
Uprava apeluje na sve ugostitelje da postupaju odgovorno i napominje da moraju obezbijediti jedno lice koje će kontrolisati sprovođenje mjera u lokalu, a da zaposleni moraju imati kovid potvrdu isto tako kao i njihovi gosti.
„Molimo građane da prijave sve nepravilnosti na besplatni broj kol centra Uprave za inspekcijske poslove 080 555555, jer po svim prijavama postupamo prioritetno“, zaključuje se u saopštenju.
