Prijatelj ga nazvao i rekao da ĆE SE UBITI, a onda je u akciju krenuo budvanski policijac!
Život Budvanina, spasen je zahvaljujući službeniku budvanske policije Zoranu Bubanji, koji ga je odvratio od pokušaja samoubistva i prijatelju Budvanina koji je od policije tražio pomoć, prenose Vijesti.
Iz vrha Uprave policije “Vijestima” je nezvanično rečeno da je prije dva dana, oko 10.30 sati, prijatelj Budvanina došao u prostorije Centra bezbjednosti Nikšić i ispričao da mu je prijatelj iz Budve u telefonskom razgovoru saopštio da će se ubiti i da ga je pozvao da se “pozdravi sa njim posljednji put”.
“Saopštio je samo broj telefona, bez adrese stanovanja i daljih podataka koji mogu biti korisni za lociranje lica koje je namjeravalo da izvrši samoubistvo”, kazao je isti sagovornik.
Dodao je da su nikšićki policajci odmah alarmirali kolege iz budvanske policije, koji su, kako im to nalaže procedura, obavijestili člana pregovaračkog tima:
“Inspektora Zorana Bubanju, službenika Centra bezbjednosti Budva. Bubanja je pokušao da ostvari kontakt sa navedenim licem putem telefona, jer nije bilo moguće pronaći lokaciju ovom licu, i nakon upornog pozivanja kontakt je ostvaren u 10.50 časova, ali je razgovor kratko trajao”, ispričao je izvor iz UP.
On je dodao da Bubanja nije odustajao od toga da pronađe Budvanina, i da je oko 12.15 časova, nakon više pokušaja, ponovo uspostavio kontakt:
“Razgovarali su dvadeset minuta, a nakon upornog insistiranja i ohrabrujućih riječi, rukovodeći se alatima i metodama pregovaračkog procesa. U 12.41 čas saopštio je da se nalazi na jednoj lokaciji u Baru i da je već uzelo veću količinu tableta. O tome su obaviješteni službenici Centra bezbjednosti Bar, koji su brzo reagovali i lice koje je već bilo iznemoglo transportovali u medicinsku ustanovu radi pružanja ljekarske pomoći”, kazao je sagovornik iz UP.
Isti izvor objasnio je da službenici pregovaračkog tima učestvuju u posebnim obukama koje tretiraju tu oblast:
“Značaj obuke evidentan je u njihovom radu, jer stečena znanja i vještine primjenjuju prilikom redovnih poslova i zadataka ili po pozivu”.
