Prijestonica Cetinje dobija ključni strateški dokument za razvoj kulture
Izradom Programa razvoja kulture Prijestonice Cetinje 2022 – 2026, Prijestonica će dobiti kvalitetan strateški okvir za razvoj kulture čime će se unaprijediti stanje u ovoj oblasti te trasirati novi pravci djelovanja, kazao je gradonačelnik Aleksandar Kašćelan na sastanku sa članovima stručnog tima koji je izradio ovaj dokument.
“S obzirom na kulturno-istorijski značaj Cetinja, ovaj Program prevazilazi lokalni nivo i mogu slobodno reći da poprima državnu važnost. Ovo je platforma u funkciji daljeg kulturnog razvoja Cetinja koja identifikuje ključne programske smjernice kulturne politike i na sistematičan način analizira kulturni sistem na teritoriji Prijestonice u javnom, privatnom i nezavisnom sektoru kulture”, kazao je gradonačelnik Kašćelan.
Program razvoja kulture Prijestonice od sjutra će biti stavljen na javnu raspravu, kako bi nakon toga bio upućen u dalju proceduru i usvajanje u Skupštini Prijestonice. Na taj način Prijestonica Cetinje će po prvi put nakon donošenja Zakona o kulturi dobiti strateški okvir lokalne kulturne politike.
Pojedinačne mjere strateškog razvoja kreirane su unutar Strateške analize kulturnog sektora Prijestonice Cetinje, a krovni strateški plan razvoja prezentovan je u okviru poglavlja Strateški ciljevi razvoja kulture i preporuke.
Dokument su izradili članovi stručnog tima u sastavu prof. mr Janko Ljumović (rukovodilac) i članovi Predrag Malbaša, docent dr Edin Jašaović i Marija Mrvaljević u koordinaciji sa Sekretarijatom za kulturu, sport i mlade Prijestonice Cetinje.
