Prinudna prodaja: Popisana sva pokrentna imovina “Casino Avala”
Javni izvšitelj Darko Rajković je na predlog kompanije “Beppler & Jacobson Montenegro”, popisao svu opremu za kockanje u “Casinu Avala” te će biti iznijeta na prodaju. Ponovnim zahtjevom za izuzeće Javnog izvršitelja privremeno izbjegli iseljenje u pokušaju da opet oduže postupak u Privrednom sudu, dok kazino nastavlja rad uprkos milionskoj blokadi računa
Poslije više pokušaja, vlasnici Hotela “Avala” i “Bjanka”, firma “Beppler & Jacobson Montenegro” su korak bliže okončanju sporova sa bivšim zakupcem “Casino Avala”, nakon što je Javni izvršitelj Darko Rajković iz Budve popisao svu pokretnu imovinu i opremu kazina u okviru postupka prinudne prodaje zarad namirenja duga prema vlasnicima Hotela. Sva imovina je popisana i uspostavljena je zaloga u korist vlasnika Hotela, tako da “Casino Avala” više ne može raspolagati opremom u Casinu.
Zanimljivo je da je bilo zakazano i iseljenje kazina iz ovog renomiranog hotela, ali je “Casino Avala” dobro poznatim i svojim čestim manirom uspio da na kratko vrijeme izbjegne iseljenje jer je Privrednom sudu Crne Gore dostavio zahtjev za izuzeće Javnog izvršitelja, usljed čega je iseljenje moralo da se odloži.
Ovakav manevar je dobro poznat u crnogorskom pravosuđu s obzirom da nije rijedak slučaj da se kao posljednje sredstvo borbe traži izuzeće sudija ili izvršitelja, te se postupak pauzira dok odluku ne donese predsjednik, u ovom slučaju Privrednog suda, Blažo Jovanić. Iako bi ovakvi zahtjevi morali da se rješavaju po hitnom postupku, u prethodnim slučajevima, Privredni sud je o istim zahtjevima kazina odlučivao i po više od mjesec ipo dana, te ostaje da se vidi da li će ovog puta pravosuđe biti efikasnije u suzbijanju pokušaju zloupotreba.
Inače, rariritet je i činjenica da “Casino Avala” radi punim kapacitetima, iako su mu bankovni računi blokirani za više od 20 miliona evra, te je sporno da li i kako se igračima isplaćuju dobici, odnosno kako insititucije to dozvoljavaju i ne oduzimaju koncesiju privređivaču igara na sreću.
