Prva krivična prijava zbog negiranja genocida protiv novinara RTV Republike Srpske
Predsjednik Skupštine opštine Srebrenica Ćamil Duraković danas je, kako navodi, podnio prvu krivičnu prijavu zbog negiranja genocida u Srebrenici, javlja sarajevski N1.
Krivičnu prijavu je podnio protiv novinara Radio-televizije Republike Srpke (RTRS).
Duraković je dodao da je razlog podnošenja krivične prijave – negiranje genocida u Srebrenici, i dodao: A vi?
U izjavi za N1 je kazao: “Od dana donošenja odluke o dopuni Krivičnog zakona do danas mogli smo čuti različite političke stavove po pitanju same odluke, ali već od danas zakon je primjenjiv na teritoriji cijele BIH. Već od danas će se moći podnijeti krivične prijave protiv onih koji negiraju genocid i druge zločine.“
„Lično smatram da prvi put imamo pravni osnov i zakonsko uporište da se prijavljuju one koji javno negiraju genocid. Još juče je u Srebrenici boračka organizacija RS polijepila plakate ratnog zločina Ratka Mladića kojeg nazivaju herojem“, naveo je Duraković.
