PUCNJAVA U GORNJOJ GORICI: U samoodbrani pucao na rođake?
Podgoričanin Zoran Boljević (61) koji je juče uhapšen nakon što je zbog neraščišćenih imovinskih odnosa hicima iz pištolja teško ranio brata od strica i strica Aleksu Boljevića (57) i Slavka Boljevića (86) u Gornjoj Gorici, izjavio je da se samo branio od napada, saopštio je za CdM njegov advokat Božidar Vukčević.
“Sve radnje koje je preduzeo tom prilikom, preduzeo je u nužnoj odbrani, odbijajući od sebe protiv pravni neskrivljeni napad. Uzrok napada su nerazjašnjeni imovinski sporovi”, navodi Vukčević u izjavi za CdM
Boljeviću je određen pritvor, a na teret mu se stavlja osnovana sumnja da je izvršio težak pokušaj ubistva.
Prema nezvaničnim saznanjima Dnevnih novina, Boljevići su skoro četredeset godina u sudskom sporu oko imanja.
Pucnjavi je prethodila je svađa među Boljevićima oko podjele imanja, koja navodno, datira još od ranije.
