Razriješena direktorica Biljana Krivokapić: Zoran Đukić novi v.d. najstarije podgoričke OŠ “Savo Pejanović”
Za vršioca dužnosti najstarije podgoričke osnovne škole “Savo Pejanović” imenovan je nastavnik mašinske grupe predmeta, Zoran Đukić, čime je dužnosti razriješena direktorica Biljana Krivokapić.
U obrazloženju te odluke, koja potpisuje ministarka prosvjete, nauke. kulture, i sporta Vesna Bratić, stoji da je Krivokapić razriješena “jer ne izvršava radne zadatke, odnosno vrši povredu radne obaveze”.
Prema obrazloženju, Krivokapić navodno nije postupila u skladu sa izmjenama i dopunama Opšteg zakona o obrazovanju i vaspitanju, i nije inicirala izmjenu školskog odbora, koji bi kasnije izvršio izmjene i dopune školskoh akata, kako bi se stvorili zakonski uslovi za ispunjavanje novih zakonskih obaveza.
Ovo je tipska odluka ministarstva prosvjete koju su uglavnom dobili svi razriješeni direktori, a veći dio njih najavio je i da će pravdu potražiti kod nadležnih organa, s obzirom na to daj e Opštim zakonom predviđeno da “ako se školski odbor ne konstituiše u roku od 30 dana nakon isteka mandata, ministar na predlog direktora ili nadležne inspekcije može imenovati novi školski odbor”.
Školski odbor prema novom propisu, među ostalim članovima, ima i dva predstavnika ministarstva, a za koje saglasnost daje taj resor.
Novi v.d. u OŠ “Savo Pejanović” Zoran Đukić je, kako se navodi u rješenju ministarke Bratić, nastavnik mašinske grupe predmeta.
Prema njegovom profilu na Linkedinu, Đukić je profesor mašinske i saobraćajne grupe predmeta u Srednjoj stručnoj školi “Ivan Uskoković”, u Podgorici.
