RUŠI SE JEDAN PODGORIČKI MOST?
Postojeću rasponsku konstrukciju Veljeg mosta preko rijeke Sitnice na ulazu u Beri treba srušiti i uraditi novu, a preporučuje se i proširenje mosta za odvijanje normalnog i bezbjednog kolskog i pješačkog saobraćaja, piše u informaciji o stanju mostova u Glavnom gradu sa predlogom mjera za njihovu zaštitu o kojoj će se izjasniti odbornici na sjednici Skupštine Glavnog grada.
U dokumentu, koji je pripremio Sekretarijat za saobraćaj, je naznačeno da je izvještaj o glavnom pregledu mostova uradila firma CDS projekt, dok je geodetska mjerenja izvršila firma Geos.
“Na osnovu nalaza u izvještaju je konstatovano da je opšte stanje konstrukcije mosta preko rijeke Sitnice u Berima nezadovoljavajuće, sa pojavama koje ukazuju na dotrajalost, sa smanjenom nosivošću i trajnošću. Rasponska konstrukcija mosta je u takvom stanju da se njena sanacija ne isplati”, ističe se u dokumentu.
Prema projekcijama sanacioni zahvat bi zahtijevao uklanjanje i zamjenu gotovo polovine postojećih djelova i materijala – oštećenog betona i korozirale armature, uz ojačanje na način da se mostu obezbijedi potrebna nosivost u skladu sa važećim tehničkim propisima.
“Potrebno je obalne i rječne stubove očistiti od prljavštine i ojačati obavijanjem armiranim betonom debljine 10 do 20 centimetara. Takođe, temelje stubova koji su podlokani treba ojačati odgovarajućim armirano-betonskim produbljenim prstenovima”, piše u dokumentu.
Imajući u vidu male raspone, masivnost elemenata konstrukcije i relativno malu širinu mosta, kao i nizak intenzitet saobraćaja u kome je mala vjerovatnoća nailaska dva teretna vozila istovremeno na most, procjenjuje se da ne postoji opasnost od krtog loma ili kolapsa konstrukcije, piše u dokumentu.
“Preporučuje se ograničenje brzine kretanja vozila na 30 kilometara na čas. Imajući u vidu nepovoljan ulaz na most sa desne obale pod uglom od 90 stepeni, predlaže se kao alternativa, a u skladu sa razvojnim planovima prigradskog područja, razmatranje opravdanosti korekcije saobraćajnice i izgradnje novog mosta. Prema procjenama to bi obuhvatilo izgradnju oko 170 metara puta i novog mosta preko rijeke Sitnice dužine oko 30-35 metara što bi u ovom trenutku bila investicija vrijednosti od oko 250.000 eura”, naznačeno je u dokumentu.
U dokumentu je naznačeno da za ovu građevinu ne postoje pouzdani podaci o godini izgradnje, te da nije pronađena dokumentacija o mostu
.Stručnjaci su konstatovali da su Milenijum, Krivi most, Vezirovog most, građevina preko Ribnice i objekta Banja u zadovoljavajućem stanju, te da veće intervencije nijesu neophodne.
