Gradovi na sjeveru Crne Gore i ove godine bilježe odliv stanovništva, pa je za prvih pola godine u tom regionu razlika između doseljenih i odseljenih 1.125, u korist onih koji su otišli. Prema statistici, sa sjevera se dnevno u prosjeku iseli 10 građana, a doseli svega troje.
Jedina dva grada na sjeveru u koje se više građana doseli nego što se iz njih odseli su Gusinje i Petnjica. Kako pokazuju podaci Zavoda za statistiku, broj stanovnika u Gusinju se u prvoj polovini 2018. povećao za 14, a u Petnjici za 15.
Negativan migracioni saldo bilježi se u 13 od 23 opštine, piše Dan.
Iseljavanje je posebno izraženo u Bijelom Polju, najvećem gradu na sjeveru države, u kojem je broj stanovnika smanjen za 310, slijede Berane gdje je razlika između doseljenih i odseljenih 169, zatim Pljevlja (165), Rožaje (120), Mojkovac (87), Plav (78), Kolašin (58), Šavnik (54), Plužine (42), Žabljak (22) i Andrijevica (20).
Negativan migracioni saldo bilježi se i u Cetinju, gdje se doselilo 58 građama, a odselilo 159, odnosno 101 više.
Slična situacija je i u najvećoj opštini u državi, u Nikšiću odakle se odselilo 437 građana, a doselilo 250, što predstavlja razliku od 187.
